Appalling Service
I am absolutely appalled at the service, how the business survives is beyond me.
Booked for a service of 2 x Dab E.Sytanks, dealt with the Managing Director whose communication was sporadic at best. Organised a date, nobody arrived, phoned the office twice and spoke to two different members of staff who said they would get back to me, neither did. E-mailed telling him of my disappointment of how everything had been handled and needless to say have had no response.

If we decide not to deal with you because the journey is too long please do not take offence. Sometimes we cannot help everyone but we do our best.
Our business is growing fast and through careful management, choosing correct work we are doing very well. Sorry your work was too much for us in this busy period. Seems to me I choose wisely as you do not appear to be a very nice person.

I ordered 3 pumps and had confirmation
I ordered 3 pumps and had confirmation, I immediately realised I hade made a mistake so I emailed them to rectify before dispatch in fact moments after I made the order and payment.
I was emailed next day and asked to cancel on a form, so I did the same day, my order and re order the correct items.
I didn’t reorder as I had paid already and was waiting a refund. Next day I was informed that the order was being delivered tomorrow.
I emailed and asked why they were sending it and if they could divert it. It wasn’t delivered.
7 day on I’m still waiting my refund.

At these speed levels its really important for the customer to ensure correct ordering, sorry you made an error.
However if you have made an error, the returns process is very simple and dealt with swiftly.

Poor customer service
Ordered 2 pumps over 4 weeks ago. no sign of them, blamed a courier but no updates after a few more days of waiting. They hide behind a whatsapp service and are reluctant to speak on the phone. Very poor updates and customer service. order cancelled and bought elsewhere.

I am sorry DHL lost the original pumps. We are giving Fedex a try with an aim to improving this issue.
We are not hiding behind whatsapp, you spoke with me directly as we are now. Its a more efficient communication method. I understand some older demongraphic struggle with it however the world is going to change with AI, we have to embrace it as a company or we won't be here in 10 years thriving like we are.
Given since AI implementation and whatsapp use we have grown 19%, its a proven route.
Sorry we couldn't sort replacement pumps in the time frame required. We have doubled our stock of those to prevent reoccurance. Glad you got sorted though.
