The website indicated next day delivery but the item didn’t arrive until 3 days later. The item was dirty, covered in a layer of dust and there were small broken pieces of plastic from the base found in the box. When I called to request a replacement, the staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. I was advised a replacement would arrive the next day but it took another 3 days to arrive. Let down by their delivery company twice but the original item should never have been shipped in its condition.

Anglian pumping services assisted me with the right choice of water pump and submersible pump.

The purchase and shipping and delivery was done overnight.

I was sent an email to indicate an unavailable item given the option to receive the remaining items and later deliver the unavailable item or cancel all together.

I chose to take delivery and cancel that one item.

It was done and the refund for the one time was done in 3 days.

On the whole I’m more that impressed with their services including customer care.

The pump is too too expensive for what they offer, quality is quite poor and if you want to fix the pump on the floor isn't any support you have to improvise, the lid and the clips are very weak, the inner water joints is very weak too, plastic of the basin pump it is very soft, in one word the pump is CR@P for almost £800

The DAB Esytank and box arrived safely to its destination. It is yet to be installed but if it works as well as a similar one we purchased previously it should provide good service for years to come

I have my own sewage plant because I live where there is no main system. If the existing pump ever failed you can guarantee it will be at a weekend or bank holiday so I bought one from Anglian as a back up to get me out of …….well, it, when that occurs.
I’ve not used it yet for the intended purpose but will try it shortly in a bucket of water to test it.
The price delivered was good as was the follow up.
I’ve had a very expensive pump in the past from a local company in Shropshire that trades off their name and it lasted 18 month. The customer service was shocking so never again.
