Helpful and prompt.
Had a couple of queries, rang up and spoke to glen. Super helpful. Even gave me a higher performance pump at the same price as the one he didn’t have. Pump received the next day!

As a company they offer good advice and stock/despatch parts quickly. Sad I booked a morning delivery and the pump turn up until 16.30, had to work late to 21.30 to get the work done. No reflection on Anglia pumps, but the DHL delivery dire. we were drop number 101.

Zero stars if I could.
We had two submersible pumps fail in August 2024. They were returned, but we did not receive an update for an extended period. Over the following 12 months, despite several follow-ups, we later understood that the replacement pumps had been sent to an incorrect address, meaning we did not receive them.
Further attempts to progress the matter resulted in repeated assurances that it would be looked into, but the issue remained unresolved. When the matter was escalated, we were disappointed that no practical resolution was offered.
Overall, this experience fell short of our expectations for after-sales support from a professional supplier.

Minus One Hundred and One Stars — An Unacceptable and Inexcusable Failure
If zero stars were an option, this company would earn it. I paid over £500 on 25/11/2025, yet the goods were never delivered. Instead of providing a solution, the company offered only shifting explanations and courier-related excuses.
Despite the seriousness of the issue, no refund has been issued, and there has been no communication from the Managing Director, whom I raised my dissatisfaction with, nor his team.
This level of service is unacceptable and raises significant concerns about the company’s professionalism and reliability.

-101 stars would certainly be the lowest review we have ever received.
We personally spoke over the phone about the delivery issue and I called DHL 3 times trying to resolve. I do feel I did my absolute best to help and sorry this was not enough.
I am also sorry DHL struggled to find your location. Delivery drivers are under massive pressure during this Xmas period.

Immediacy of delivery, but -
- DHL delivered to the wrong address, the farm over the road some 200 yards away downhill. 25 kg a tad heavy at my age! However, the expansion tank is excellent quality.
