Annabel Jewellery Avis 

My husband got me the pearl drop earrings for my Birthday and my daughter got me the matching necklace. On opening the earrings I found the pearls on the earrings were noticably different sizes so I messaged Joanne and she asked me to return them and she would send out another pair and would refund the postage. New pair now received so I am very happy with both pieces they look really nice and well made.

I was so excited to receive my parcel from Annabelle. I’d order a silver extendable ring as I struggle in warmer weather wearing my other rings and felt a little naked not wearing one. When I put the ring on I noticed 1 small gem missing, I immediately contacted Annabelle and they were swift with their reply and sent a replacement out straight away. I’m so impressed with this company that I will definitely be purchasing again. Annabelle could not apologise enough about the original ring sent out. I did contact and ask if they wanted me to return the faulty ring and I am assuming because of no mention of it that I can keep the original item also. If anyone is wondering I sent a picture of the fault on the ring. Please go check this company out as they have many beautiful items, very reasonably priced and quality is great.
