I provided my details and the received quotations for the job. I paid my deposit and then contacted the driver who attempted to renegotiate the quote. I called AnyVan and said that this was not right but that I would consider a revised quotation. Instead the driver then said they were unavailable on the moving day. I attempted to get my deposit back and AnyVan refused. AVOID

Joseph from AnyVan was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, his communication was exceptional — prompt, clear, and genuinely friendly. The service itself was flawless, a true 10/10 experience.

My experience with AnyVan was very positive. The app made it really easy to book a room removal and quickly compare quotes, which took a lot of stress out of the process. The app is straightforward to use and helped me find a suitable option without hassle.
The transport person I was matched with was trustworthy, reliable, and very accommodating. He was kind and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience even smoother. Overall, AnyVan is doing a great job in making removals simple, transparent, and user-friendly.
