Aply ID always works very well for the verifications for NZ Passpot, NZ D/L and individuals living in NZ but it dosen't work well for Australia passport, Australia D/L and individuals living in Australia. Thanks

Good portal and support responsiveness. There is no option for reporting/exporting the archived ones. Cannot re-download the verification or view who is the verification initiator. Tax residency details are captured separately, it would be good to have them captured in one place. Limited supporting documents, and no training environment.

Clients have problems with the link starting, then if it starts it doesn't always continuing all the way through to completion. We have sent multiple links, and still no go.

We are enjoying using AplyID in conjunction with finPOWER. Our only negative comment is that we were not given good communication when AplyID was set up and ready for use.

Great when works however some users are unable to complete successfully for a range of reasons.

So far our experience in onboarding has been excellent. It was entirely our fault we could not connect at last week's scheduled meeting. We are scheduled for another training session today. The staff are very professional and we look forward to resolving some of our AML issues.

A great tool but:
I would like it to be more obvious why the report either needs review or failed.
I would also like our own platform to not offer passports to our clients, we state this in our emails to clients but they still seem to use their passports anyway and waste their money as we have to get them to do it again with their driver licence.

HI. didn't like the fixed price minimum per month and also the
fact the AML reports didn't stayed saved in the cloud and i had to save them to our own server instead. Sadly we found a better alternative.

APLYiD is easy to use for both customers and us as an accountancy firm. The APLYiD staff are very responsive and always happy to assist with any issues we may have. Sometimes communication when there is a random, unplanned outage isn't great, but this very rarely happens.
