Overall this is a really good service…
Overall this is a really good service for our clients to use and it is very user friendly. There is some room for improvement but AplyiD actively seek out and make improvements to how the program works. The AplyiD team are always helpful and friendly and any queries I have are always answered in a timely and efficient manner. I would recommend this to other users.

We guestimated the number of checks…
We guestimated the number of checks that would be required. They stated they would reduce the number if our guestimate was wrong. They refused to do so and required us to overpay for the 3-year contract. I would never deal with this company again. They were great persistent sales people but have no interest in our business profitability.
