Fantastic service from the whole team! If it weren’t for Luke I would not have started the process of changing car! Tom helped seal the deal and Katie was fantastic at sorting my paperwork!!! Great teamwork guys

Peugeot work van less than two years old needs new engine after piston failure has been in this garage for over 12 weeks and took 7 weeks prior to that to even be looked at (off road since 2nd July)
I still have not received any funds regarding courtesy van which was only agreed 16th September so huge financial burden since 2nd July.
Asked for weekly updates and not contacted once
Called last week advised would be in end of last week warranty finally cleared works
Today conversation again with Kelsie and now not finalised and sitting still with no engine to which kelsie stated ‘ these things take time’
Absolutely disgusting customer service and complete lack of basic communication.
I will be contacting motor ombudsman tomorrow after being extremely patient and understanding I have not received the same courtesy
Will not have another pevgeot and will be advising all the trades and tradesman that I come across to avoid as has caused substantial stress and financial burden

I bought a car from them in October and was satisfied with the service from Will. However i was knocked down on my part ex to below the price i wanted.
One week later I saw my car for sale on the forecourt for twice the price paid.
I feel cheated by them and will not use them for any further services.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have had a responce from Arbury Walsall and have replied to the email sent. However i am still awaiting a call from them.

Very pleased with my new Peugeot! Louis was super friendly and made the process so easy for me. He was very detailed and efficient in helping me find exactly what I was looking for and helpful the entire way through. I would highly recommend Louis and Arbury Peugeot to anybody looking for a new car!

What a rip off!! Took my Nissan as passenger electric window broken. Quoted £180 for diagnostics then got a call saying needed three more hours at a cost of £460 so £640 in total just for diagnostics bearing in mind supposedly Nissan 'specialists'. Collected my car as I felt £640 was astronomical without any repairs being carried out. Took it to a local garage who diagnosed the problem within 35 minutes and repaired at a fraction of the cost of the diagnostics. Arbury mechanic said it was a wiring issue when in fact it was just a switch needing replacement. On top of that the way I was spoken to by the Nissan representative when I queried it was shocking, so rude

Purchased a new Nissan over the weekend and I’m driving it today! Absolutely outstanding service from Ben at Arbury who guided me every step of the way. Professional and efficient throughout and an altogether fantastic experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble- so refreshing to receive such a high standard of service. Would highly recommend speaking to Ben if you’re on the hunt for a new or used Nissan.

Really great experience at Arbury Leamington.
I went in to look at the possibility of changing my car & within 2 hours walked away with a beautiful used Ariya.
Ben from the sales team was extremely knowledgeable and provided great customer care& service.

So glad I went to Arbury Nissan for my first ever Motability car.
All the staff were friendly and helpful, and we were so fortunate to have been assisted by John. His thoughtfulness and professionalism, including keeping me updated throughout, made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

Josh made buying a car such an easy process. He was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. There was no usual sales person pressure and was a pleasure to deal with. 10/10 and will use Josh in any future purchases

Joseph was absolutely brilliant he was extremely friendly and welcoming.
His knowledge of the car I purchased from him was brilliant he kept me updated on everything.
When I came to pick up my new car he made sure I was happy with the settings and showed me how to change them.
Overall it didn’t feel like buying a car from a salesman but buying it from a friend.

Excellent Service and a Truly Relaxed Buying Experience!
We recently purchased our new Nissan Qashqai and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and completely pressure-free — a refreshing change from the usual car-buying experience!
Our sales representative, Ben Dambrough, was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to understand our needs and explain all the options available to suit our budget. His personal touch and patience made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free.
Tom Charles, Ben’s manager, was also incredibly kind and welcoming, helping to create an environment where we felt completely at ease. There was a great range of options to explore, and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.
A special mention has to go to the refreshments — we were even offered a kebab and chips while discussing our options, which has to be a first in car sales and made the experience all the more memorable!
Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for a new car and value honesty, comfort, and great customer service, I can’t recommend Ben Dambrough and Tom Charles highly enough.
