i recently submitted a request to support about a few daily log in tokens from a package i purchased.

well i was sick so turns out there was a couple days i missed logging in to claim said daily tokens totaling to 4 tokens.

i made a request for those tokens and not only did they give me a one time allocation of missed coins but the wished me the best of health!

undeniably the best customer support i've dealt with in a long time. for sure they aren't just people reading to you out of a binder of generic troubleshooting options

In the beginning, everyone was fine and good. I was sent the wrong item a few items but they shipped the right item in no time. But when I spent almost 600k on a PS5, it all went bad. First, when I opened the package, the PS5 box was open and damaged. I didn’t think too much of it because I was excited, but then when I hooked it up and everything. I was met with a weird message on my TV screen from PlayStation. I chatted with PlayStation customer service. Turns out the PS5 was reported stolen, and they want me to send it to them so they can return it. I instantly contacted Arcade online, and they gave me the runaround for a whole month, saying they were trying to get in contact with the supplier. I was also in contact with PlayStation, and they still want me to return it back to them, and if I don’t, they will contact my local police department. I told Arcade Online this multiple times, and they didn’t care. Arcade online sent me a label to ship it back to where they got it from, but it was prepaid, and they wanted me to pay for shipping. This whole experiment changed my thoughts about arcade online, and they lost a long-time customer.

*****UPDATE*****
After 7 weeks(give or take) of talking to customer service my issue was resolved but it took away to long even when the “manger/supervisor) was talking to me. I’m just glad to have the problem resolved and I did compensate with a full refund of tickets I spent for the prize and 10% additional tickets and a coupon.

Real arcade games, easy to use with real prizes. Free tokens each day! I've played other games like clawee and toreba and this game beats those hands down! Top notch customer service too, they solved my issue super fast and I was back to playing.

Arcade online has been a really great experience there prices are quite fair and redemption values are pretty good too.
The games are really good and don't lag which surprised me!
Also if you run into a problem in a game there pretty fast to get back to you and refund your plays overall a really great experience so far!!
My only request would be could you get some more coin pushers 😁 like Wizard of Oz, Spongebob, Gold Railroad, Marble Carnival and smash stadium just a few suggestions😁

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Arcade.Online! The price per play is incredibly fair and cheaper than my local arcade. Games are skill based as they do not have set payouts. On top of that, their customer support is top-notch. I highly recommend Arcade.Online!

The games are really fun to play and redeeming the gift cards was surprisingly fast and easy compared to other sites. I do have to say, that Tokens are really a bit too expensive. Maybe there could be made a monthly subscription where you can play in 'just for fun mode', earning the coins you drop and no tickets for exchange, maybe with a ranking where the top ten win a voucher for coins or anything. Anyways, it's fun, gift cards are send fast and there were no problems so far :)

Fraud. At first you get some free tokens to play with, if you win, they claim you can redeem them into gif cards. Noo, first you have to make at least one purchase of coins, if you want to redeem your card then, all of the sudden the site to redeem is gone. Scam. Stay away and under any curcumstances do NOT give your personal Information nor use your personal Email.

A nice idea, but it's far too expensive in its current form.

I used my welcome bonuses and spent £4.99 on a starter bundle and I'm still a good 14,000+ tickets short of a basic prize, amassing about 900 tickets in total. The games were lag free for me and quite responsive.

A novel idea, but prizes are expensive and unobtainable without spending serious money. You'd be spending £30-40 to redeem a £5 gift card.

Love that I can play arcade games on my mobile however I have had to take star's of because the gift cards are expensive and no prizes available guessing due to being from the UK however another arcade game based in Japan have prizes and ship them to UK so I'm not sure either way if you like arcades and your bored this is for you but if your playing for prizes it's not worth it for the price I play for fun

Please do however offer prizes for other countries that would make your game 5 star to me

I found this site through my favorite arcade YouTuber Arcade Matt and I’ve been playing arcade games on this site for awhile now and it really makes me happy that I can have an arcade experience without needing to go to an arcade as I can’t drive due to my disability.

While I haven’t gotten enough tickets to redeem for a prize yet, the games themselves are skill based with a little bit of luck. It takes getting use to, especially if you’ve never played the game in person at a physical arcade before.

Just a warning here to help new players! if you play there will be a tiny bit of lag between pressing the button and the machine doing its thing, but that’s to be expected! If you know your timing just go a fraction of a second earlier to combat that lag and win!

Can’t afford to spend real money? No problem! You can either get tokens or xp for free every day! It doesn’t look like much but it will add up. It just takes patience!

If you don’t wanna pay tickets for shipping the gift cards are virtual! They even have a gift card option for Dave and Busters! Imagine that! Playing virtual arcade games to get a gift card for a physical arcade!

Don’t worry if things get buggy or laggy. Just go to their discord and tell them what’s up and it’ll be fixed! I had an issue where I couldn’t get my token and pretty soon boom! It was fixed!

Give Arcade Online a try! Your first tokens are free too when you join so you really have nothing to lose! I promise!

Avoid this app.
Games crash, get error and coins get stuck all the time. Reported my coins got stuck on Angry Birds and after a week was offered 20% off next purchase. They didn't refund me for the stuck coins I lost.

Played for an hour (created multiple accounts) I could see myself playing this a lot if prices were more reasonable. On average over the 5 accounts I made using the 22 tokens they offer for free, I earned on average around 600 tickets per 20 tokens. The lowest tier reward is £5 gift card for 6500 tickets. Meaning its going to cost you on average 216tokens to make enough to redeem a £5 voucher which is going to set you back £45 (This is average return).

So on average for every £45 you spend you'll redeem £5 in prizes.

Honestly you're better off just putting your money in a slot machine.

I get they have running costs but the irony is they'd attract alot more customers if the prices were better.

Even a bad slot machine offers minimum 70% Return to player yet (The better ones offering 80-95% return) with these stats above we can calculate the RTP of these arcade machines (the better ones) to be around 11%. Absolute daylight robbery.

No your games are luck based. What skill is there in spinning a wheel? Either way you are way too expensive for what you are.

It's a fun but expensive site. The discord mods are abusive and won't take any complaints. They will ban you for trying to get help

Gotta pay to play more than one game every three or four days.

Nice concept just a little pricey and to spend so many tokens to play one game and only get at most 100 tickets it will take forever just to ship an item at 15,000 tickets

Hi, even though I have not been playing very long, I can tell I am going to love this app and the arcade games always been a big fan of the old arcade games.

Arcade Online is my first online experience at a real-time arcade that you can control over a video stream, I know other services exist but they don't offer the same arcades as on Arcade Online therefore this piqued my interest.

I have been a member for over 3 months now and I have paid for token bundles many times, I am currently at level 10 and each game is very responsive and well adapted to the slight delay when pressing a button and seeing a reaction in the game.

I really enjoy being able to play arcade games from home, especially as it saves me having to drive out just to get a quick fix, but of course I hope they bring more games and keep providing worthwhile promotions as these will keep me thriving to come back!

Over priced. Tokens are too much, games are too much tokens, prizes are too many tickets. Fun, but also it's highway robbery. I hope they adjust their business model

Tokens are twice as expensive on the app and offer half the plays of a regular arcade. $100 gets 400 tokens ($100 gets over 700 tokens at my local D&B and Frankie's) Then a credit at Rick and Morty costs 2.2 on the app for 5 plays. D&B is 1.7 for 10 plays... this app is way too expensive for what it is.

Honestly love the platform. It's never too busy where you're waiting a long time to play the arcade games, and I love the fact that there are replays that are recorded of your gameplay so that you can even post to socials when you score that win. The discord community is very active and helpful and it's fun all round.
