Arcade Skincare Avis 

I’ve been really pleased with Arcade Skincare. Their products are kind to my sensitive skin, especially the Cleansing Cream to Milk Balm, which works wonderfully for removing make-up and leaves my skin soft and clean. The reusable metal packaging is a bonus, both eco-friendly and great for travel. Delivery was quick, and overall, the customer service is excellent—always helpful in suggesting the right products. My skin condition has noticeably improved, and I love their wholesome, natural approach. Definitely worth trying!

I purchased more of the magnesium cream as it is excellent. The consistency is beautiful it sinks right into your skin and leaves no residue. The aroma is gorgeous and it definitely helps to reduce the level of my pain. I have M,E, and was surprised how beneficial this cream was. Products arrive quickly, beautifully boxed in recyclable packaging. A lovely personalised thankyou card is enclosed and a kind gift of confectionery also. Seller communication is excellent. Highly recommend this amazing magnesium cream and this company.

Great company. Fast delivery, well packaged in recycled packaging and even came with a little bag of sweets. I ordered the brightening turmeric and liquorice soap. Used it last night and this morning and my skin already looks less inflamed. It’s five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered deep relief Magnesium Cream, recommended by a friend. Easy to order and a quick delivery. A nice note was with product thanking me and used my name, which I thought was lovely. Cream is good and a lovely smell, easy to apply. Would recommend and I will be ordering again from this company.

I popped into the store before Christmas looking for the Radiance Vitamin C Reviver that I had seen on their Instagram page and omg I absolutely love it .. it gives a lovely illuminating glow .. Shop assistant gave me some free Christmas vegan sweets which was a lovely touch.. I also use the Body Polish infused with turmeric, Shea butter & coconut oil & it’s gorgeous.. I will definitely be returning for more purchases .. If you haven’t been yet you need to pop in .. 🫶

The unscented deodorant is fantastic. This is my second tub and I got my partner one as he's been using mine!

I've tried quite a few natural deodorants some with more success than others but this deodorant is fantastic - it lasts the whole day and even in the morning there's no unpleasant armpit smell. A little goes a long way! I'm so happy to have finally found a natural deodorant that I can trust to work in any weather.

My skin is super dry, made worse by menopause, and has always been really sensitive.
My first purchase was the moisturiser bar - fantastic coming out of the shower and used daily
I am now hooked on the shampoo & conditioner bar (Amla) and really love the curl custard.
My hair has noticed a difference and appears much thicker, is growing and thanks to the curl custard is curling beautifully once again
The intense hydration cream is amazing for my face and not at all greasy.
Vera's rub - i use this to ease the onset of a migraine, hubby nabbed one when he was very chesty and this helped him ease off to sleep nicely.
Finally the gel to milk makeup remover really is something special
All in all, for a small business they really do pack a punch in what they have to offer. I live locally so can always pop in

I've been using Arcade SC for a while now and I honestly can't recommend them enough! I started with a couple of products and have just expanded my collection. I have suffered with eczema all my life and sometime feel like my skin looks dry and dull. The products that I've been using (Glow balm, Turmeric cleanser, vitamin c and Hydration cream) have given me a glow and hydration that I wanted. Diolch yn fawr pawb at Arcade SC! :)

I heard about Arcade Skincare on Natalie Cassidy's podcast. I'm originally from South Wales so the recognisable Welsh accents perked my interest! I have really sensitive skin and historically, even products described as 'suitable for sensitive skin ' I can end up reacting to. So far I have purchased the fragrance free whipped soap and gel to milk make up remover. Both are fantastic, lovely to use and I've had zero reactions! I will definitely be re-ordeing! Ordering process via the website was easy and faster than expected delivery! The hand written thank you note in each order is also such a lovely touch.

Honestly the best skin care product I’ve ever used. Rich and hydrating, it leaves my skin soothed and healed. Wonderful to use and easily absorbed.

The instant I paid for my goods I realised the company is located in Newport and I live in London.I sent email requesting for payment for delivery which they agreed to send me a payment link for the delivery. After three days without receiving the payment link, I sent another email and alongside an apology for late response, I was asked to send my delivery address with a promise that the goods will be sent without any delivery payment as a consolation for time wasting.
As I write this there has not been any delivery or communication from them . This has dragged on for more than a week now.
