Solved the problem
They solved the mouse problem. Made 3 visits, and the poison did its job. The people from Archers were always friendly and helpful.
This is the second time we've used them. The previous occasion, a few years ago, was for rats; again, Archers sorted it out.

Excellent service by Archers! Their technicians Ion and Jorgi were very professional and the treatment resulted in 100% eradication of our bedbugs problem. Their office staff was also really helpful in giving advice on how to prepare and pack up things before each treatment visit. Would definitely recommend Archers@

Highly recommended for dealing with rats
We had rats in our house and called Archers because they could do a drain survey as well as get rid of the rodents. They were brilliant at working out where the rats were coming from externally and getting in. It takes time for the rats to take the bait, which was an anxious period (we had two die on us, one in the kitchen!) but after three visits, all conducted by friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff, we are in the clear. Interaction with the office was always good too. We had to get a builder to do the rat-proofing (as soon as possible after the all-clear) but wish we'd asked Archers to do it.

Deep clean
Requested a deep cleaning with biocides after we got rid of pests. George explained the process to me, made sure we had resolved the issue once for all, and thoroughly cleaned the area. Professional service and great outcome. Would definitely recommend Archers.
