AMAZING SERVICE
Liviu arrive promptly on both occasions. He was extremely thorough with his work – Finding every possible area that needed proofing, I have no doubt now that my mouse problems are over (that itself is invaluable)
Quite often with tradesmen I find that they want to get the job done as quickly as possible, this can affect the standard of their work – The same cannot be said for Liviu – He explained everything to me in detail, apologised for any noise that was made and I can tell he takes great pride in his work – everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard.
He was extremely polite, tidy and left all areas spotlessly clean (probably cleaner than before he started)
I will not hesitate to recommend Archers Pest Control to anyone who would need such a service, Liviu has made a very stressful situation a lot more bearable for me and I could not be happier with the service he has provided.

I have used Archers on several occasions now and they have sent Mario who is a drain expert, each time. Very professional, punctual and pleasant exterminator who checked thoroughly and explained their actions at every stage in eradicating a mouse problem. Extended our treatment period without charge to check the problem was gone. Was also careful not to damage anything in the house and put things back that needed to be moved, always a mark of professional pride. Good value for efficient and knowledgable service

My downstairs neighbour flagged up the…
My downstairs neighbour flagged up the problem of mice as she could hear them in her cavity walls and they were keeping her awake at night.
She asked me if I would mind having my house checked for them as she felt it would be best to do both properties at once as she was concerned about hers getting worse.
Stan (from Archers Pest Control) came today and was very friendly and helpful. He was extremely professional, did a really thorough assessment of the property, looked in all the nooks and crannies, took photos, and took his time to answer all my questions and explained everything he was doing, what he was looking for and why.
I was most impressed by his whole approach.
We had had a quote from another company ( who had come to do a quote while I was out of the country.) He had assessed both our properties
He wrote a report saying that I had an infestation and that the biggest problem was our 1) the kitchen bin didn't have a lid and 2) our toaster needed to be put in a plastic container as any smell of food encouraged them. (Everything else in our kitchen is in jars or plastic containers etc so there is no uncovered food in the flat).
He quoted £400.00 for each flat for getting rid of them and this would cover 4 X visits ( with poison and traps).
I was really worried about having an infestation and, although I have flatmates, they are at work all day and not available to let people in.
So I decided to fly back especially to deal with this before it got any worse. ( I was abroad looking after a friend who was very ill).
I also wanted a 2nd opinion as I felt £400.00 was quite expensive so I rang Archers and asked Paul to help.
I got home and checked the whole kitchen out thoroughly and found no trace of an infestation. ( There were only about 6 x mice droppings under the kitchen counter in the month I'd been away).I was flabbergasted. How come the report had said ' infestation'.
I've lived in the property for 25 years and have had problems with mice over the years, normally in the winter as they come in from the cold!.
I have also dealt with an infestation before when our whole street had problems ( We are a row of terraced houses.) So I know the signs and the amount of mice droppings that can occur, but this was nothing!.
I asked my flatmate what kind of assessment the Pest Controller had done to come to this conclusion
He said he was only here 5-10 minutes. He did not look at the normal places that mice use to access all areas of the room (behind sofas and bookcases etc in the kitchen etc) and didn't even check for potential entry points around the house.
He merely saw some mice droppings near the toaster and wrote a report saying we had an infestation!
When Stan came today I didn't mention my disappointment with the other company as I wanted to see what kind of assessment he would carry out. He said we definitely didn't have an infestation..only maybe 1 X mouse.
I was very happy with his work and look forward to getting his report. Should he feel I need some sort of professional treatment I will definitely use Archers rather than the other company!
