Great insurance company. Insuring my spectacles with them (I'm clumsy.. so 'just in case').. Price is really reasonable. Whole process was set up in less than 10 minutes. They seem very professional.

I've bought my grandsons phones for…

I've bought my grandsons phones for Christmas and wanted insurance for any eventuality and this company provided everything I wanted at a competitive price. I also needed insurance for a laptop and with the phones all in one price. Brilliant.

Didn't help with changing the insured…

Didn't help with changing the insured product.
I insured the wrong product, contacted the company via email and they didnt help me fix the issue, I tried to cancel as a consequence, they offered to help me cancel, but in the 2 following months I was charged for the insurance, until I realise and emailed them again. Thats when they send me an online form that effectively stopped my subscription. In overall bad experience.

Great insurance company.

Laptop insurance.

We needed laptop insurance for our daughter to be able to take her laptop to sixth form. Not many insurers let you insure devices over six months old, this insurance does which is great.

All well and good until you actually try to claim…

All well and good until you actually try to claim on your insurance!!! My phone randomly died, just got hot and went black with no warning. First of all Arma made me pay THEM £50, then they told me to post my phone to them, which cost me another £10. It arrived a couple days ago but the site still says no one has started working on it yet. I tried to call them within their working hours (Sat @ 10am) and no one is there - the line just beeps. Email responses are just automatic, and the help chat is also offline. I am without a phone, I have no idea when I will get a new phone, they haven’t offered me any sort of replacement while they mess about with my current phone AND I can’t get hold of them at all!!!! I do NOT recommend this insurance, extremely poor customer service. Spent £60 just to be messed about. AVOID.

We’re very sorry to read your claims experience with us. After checking your case with our claims team we understand they were able to inspect your item and offer you a replacement mobile. We apologise for any difficulties you had contacting us over the bank holiday weekend as reduced operating hours were in place. Upon their return the claims team made every effort to progress your case as quickly as possible.

Like most insurances each claim is subject to an excess fee which is usually paid at the beginning of the claims process. Customers are also responsible for postage costs where necessary and ensuring that the item is packaged securely so that it can be delivered safely to our repair specialists.
