Con artists with terrible attitude

I ordered some jewellery from them in September 2024; the website said it’d be dispatched within 1 day but it never materialised. The order never arrived and the company only responded to 2 of my emails. I ended up having to contact my bank for a refund and even then, they delayed the process by making false claims about sending the items. The sheer amount of people on this site, Google & other places saying they’ve been scammed by this company is no mistake. They take your money and ignore your emails requesting a refund or update on your order whilst bombarding your inbox with more ads. Disgusting.

I ordered a gold-silver chain from *Art…

I ordered a gold-silver chain from *Art By Zakia*, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did I receive the *wrong product*, but the product I received was also *defective* — tarnished beyond what could be considered acceptable. I had specifically ordered a silver chain, expecting a high-quality piece, but instead, I received a *gold* chain. This was frustrating enough, but the real issue came when the gold started to tarnish almost immediately.

After just a few days of wearing the chain, the gold began to lose its shine, developing an unsightly discoloration. I paid for what I expected to be a durable, high-quality item, but it clearly wasn’t. This is completely unacceptable, especially for the price point.

I immediately contacted their customer service via email to explain the situation and request a resolution, such as a replacement or a refund. Despite multiple attempts to reach them over the past *four months*, I have received no response whatsoever. It's as if my concerns don't matter at all to *Art By Zakia*. This kind of disregard for customers is infuriating and leaves me questioning the company’s ethics entirely.

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Not only did I receive the wrong item, but the product was also of poor quality and tarnished quickly. To top it off, *Art By Zakia*’s customer service has been non-existent. This company’s complete lack of professionalism and accountability has made it clear that they care very little about their customers or the quality of their products.

In conclusion, I would highly advise against purchasing from *Art By Zakia*. Based on my experience, they are an unethical company that engages in deceptive practices and refuses to stand by their products. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere for better quality and customer service.

I love how the business responds to…

I love how the business responds to inquiries, in a timely manner and go above and beyond for their customers. Their jewellery is personal and beautiful. I always order from here because I love all their jewellery and they make an amazing gift, as well as, personal everyday wear.

Delivery issues

Initial communication was brilliant and the products are lovely. However there was a problem with shipping as the correct amount wasn't paid by the company so despite me sending the relevant info I was ignored for 5 days which meant shipping arrived late and I had to pay for their mistake
A refund was given in the end but my shipment was a week late which meant it was useless by the time it came.

To clarify, we were informed by Royal Mail that there was an undercharge on the shipping cost, and we immediately reached out to you before the attempted delivery took place. In that communication, we provided instructions on how to resolve the issue, with the additional cost being covered by us, not you. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time, and due to our Christmas break (which was clearly communicated on our website and social media), there was a delay in getting back to you. However, a response was given as soon as we were back in the office.

We are happy to hear that the matter was eventually resolved, and we also refunded the additional postage costs you had to pay. Thank you for your patience throughout this process, and we truly appreciate your understanding. :)

Great products but slow delivery.

The products themselves exceeded my expectations. I understand the concern people have in their view regarding slow and prolong delivery, however, in my experience, once Emailing, the customer service was not too bad, definitely can be worked on though!. They took their time for delivery (almost a whole month since placing an order), but the products came in the end and the quality and style as well as design was amazing.

You stole my money

You stole my money. I ordered my package in april 2024 and now its almost december 2024. I paid a lot for it and i was supposed to be a gift.

Terrible service

I ordered a necklace in July 2024, it is now nearly end of November 2024 and i have not received my item. Emailed them around 6 times with no reply or acknowledgment. Very poor service and seem like absolute cons to me! Not impressed, my 1st time buying with them and 100% my last. I should have believed all their other poor reviews but silly me thought i would give them the benefit of the doubt but the other poor reviews were 100%. Shameful service.

Service is horrible

Service is horrible ! When I ordered I saw they delivered within 10 working days. That’s why I ordered then I received the order after 2 months probably more . I ordered one item for my girlfriend cause I’m going for holiday I mentioned that to them when I back from holiday after that I got the package. This is rubbish. This page is not recommended. If you do so do it by your own risk.

Absolute thieves!!!!

This was supposed to be a customised order for my sister as a gift I placed the order 23/08/24 order never arrived after 10 days I emailed them and received an email to say that I need to wait 10 working days after this I still received nothing in the post. I emailed countless times NO REPLY! I private messaged
The seller on tik tok still NO REPLY! then I wrote in the comment sections to try and prompt a response the thieving degenerates deleted my comments but still didn’t reply to tell me where my order is! I then messaged
On instagram and received a response to give my order number I gave my order number and then again NO REPLY! I then was left with no choice and contacted my bank and got a refund siting the website being fraudulent! It’s disgusting that they are posting on social medial sites posing to be a seller that seems to give people the goods they pain for but in fact they are not! They WILL take your money and you will NEVER receive your product!
