Scammer doesn’t even deliver item at all ordered over 3 months ago

Disgusting customer service. My sister ordered almost 4 months ago and has little to no contact. I’ve messaged/emailed and commented under their posts just to get blocked which is so pathetic. They’re updating their social media pages but cannot reply, but have read all my messages. When they do respond, they tell my sister “it’ll be shipped this week”. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable from a business. Do not buy from them. Will be contacting the bank and pursuing legal action.

I ordered a personalised hoodie at the stall this company held at the halal food festival on 20.08.2023. I was told an email receipt would be sent out and that the order will be sent out via free delivery within 5 days. I received no email receipt and since then I have contacted this company several times by email and Instagram. I have received a response a few times where I have been lied to saying my order will be sent or the matter will be resolved. I sent further emails and messages and did not receive a response. DO NOT TRUST this company. They will make you chase for what you have paid for. It isn’t about the money, it’s principle and this company has failed miserably and has shown how disgusting their ethics are.

Worst place to make a purchase. Me and my sister placed an order with them at the halal food festival. Had a bit of a dispute and apparently they put my order on hold due to the dispute without informing me. Than a week later after multiple messages, I get told my order has been on hold. And since then I’ve not heard a thing. No order or refund. They’ve robbed me and my sister. I think I’m going to take legal action purely due to them doing it to so many other people. Businesses like this should be shut down.

Sent wrong order, took over 2 months for the order to arrive, to realise they sent someone else’s items to us! We ordered in November and now it is May, we are still waiting for the correct order to arrive ! They’re demanding extra payment for the delivery of the correct item!
Would be extremely careful before ordering , don’t think they’re even a company but a single handed person who is so dodgy!
Have had to threaten them with office of fair trading and am probably going to pursue a claim.

Avoid this person as she has set up a fake shop to scam money out of people.

Scammer! Takes your money then you don't receive nothing. When you contact this scammer you don't get any response.
People please be careful. Don't part with your hard earned money with this scammer!!!

Ordered in December still haven’t received and they don’t even respond to their emails. I had a look on TikTok several others said they ordered but haven’t got yet. Avoid this place at all costs they just take your money
