Excellent communication from the…

Excellent communication from the company and wonderful delivery guys who were most helpful. Surprisingly well made bed. A challenge to fit together but instructions said a four hour build time for three people. We took probably 6/7 hours with two people so pro rata timings were right. Fun to do and a great product.

Ordered a floating tv cabinet at in the first week of January & got told between 4th/6th February which is abit of a joke but then for them to mess me about further n now saying delivered in march …. So unhappy

We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you feel, and we completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be.

To clarify, the estimated delivery window of 4th – 6th February was clearly displayed on the product page prior to purchase and at the time the order was placed. Unfortunately, around 10 days after your purchase - and still over two weeks before the original estimated delivery date - we were informed by the manufacturer of an unexpected production delay, which resulted in the revised delivery estimate for the end of February - beginning of March.

We’re equally disappointed by this outcome, as the delay is entirely outside of our control and not the experience we aim to provide. However, we felt it was important to notify you as soon as we received confirmed information rather than waiting closer to the delivery date.

That said, we would be more than happy to help explore alternative solutions, such as a different colour variant, a similar product with an earlier availability, or discussing other suitable options if this no longer works for you. Please do reach out to our customer service team so we can try to resolve this for you.

Wall bed

I bought a wall bed. Very happy with the final result but it took 9-10 hours to build. We have a fair bit of experience with flat packs and this is definitely a challenge. The video is not particularly useful as it doesn’t have enough detail and the instructions are pretty poor. I mistakenly ordered the wrong over bed cupboard which was partly mistakenly opened with the bed boxes. Sadly the company insisted it was returned in the original packaging despite it being in perfect condition which is not aligned to consumer rights in the UK. I’d therefore advise potential customers to know their rights in case a return is required.

We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the final result of your Murphy Bed. Regarding the return of the Over-Bed Cupboard, we’d like to clarify our position. As outlined in our Returns Policy, items that are free from faults must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

As the cupboard packaging had been partially opened, we requested images to confirm its condition so we could advise on the most appropriate next steps. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response after this request. That said, we would have been happy to arrange a return with a partial refund, reflecting the fact that the item was fault-free but no longer in its original condition.

We’re sorry this wasn’t resolved before the review was left and would still welcome the opportunity to help if you’d like to get back in touch with our customer service team. Our aim is always to be fair, transparent, and supportive throughout the process.

First class customer service

Purchased some furniture and received it quickly. After building it I noticed some ink marks and small chip on the cupboards and the drawers didn’t seem to fit.

The customer service team responded to me very quickly they did everything they could to sort out the issue.

I was so impressed with the communication.

I would definitely purchase from Arthauss again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FALSE REVIEWS, So I noticed they aren't as honest as…

So I noticed they aren't as honest as they only show the good reviews and not the bad ones, there costumer service was appalling and the bed planks did not allighn and was very difficult to put on. Worst 6 hrs of my life had me in tears. As the beds I ordered where for my boys. They expect you to already know what part goes in and the paper they gave with instructions was like a guessing game nothing marked or anything. The wooden parts where chipped and cheap material. I got a splinter due to this not safe for kids. KONRAD Bunk bed, dont waste your money and time. I honestly believed the reviews but always had it in the back of my mind where are the bad reviews. They hide that away. I didnt mind waiting a month because I thought it'll be such a good quality product maybe thats why it takes that long, never again!! Customer service just was not helpful at all, would love to return but im not waiting over a month for them to come take it dont have space for rubish. They close at 5pm so I couldn't call them back to complain about their rubish item.

Good products excellent service.

Bought a unit from Arthauss a few years back and loved it so when we needed another one for a different space they were a natural choice. The range is great with some amazing designs.
Built the second unit and overtightened a screw which left a mark. Contacted customer service. Fully expected to have to buy a part but they provided a replacement part with no charge and even free shipping. Very impressed. Would recommend both product and company.

3 weeks for 1 item to be delivered

I would avoid this company if you want to receive your order within an acceptable timeframe! 3 weeks for 1 item is ridiculous I will never order from this company again, I ordered a sideboard from another company at the same time as this and it was here the following week so there is no excuse for this company’s logistics failure.

I was nervous about ordering this bed…

I was nervous about ordering this bed as it’s a big investment. But I didn’t need to worry, it is so well made, and so comfortable! It’s transformed my little studio flat into a space that I love. Delivery was hard as I’m on a main London rd.. but the drivers managed it. Please note though…making the bed is not easy, I got two builders to put it together, it took them 9 hours. I would not try and make this myself unless I had a PHD in making wall beds 😅

Great products

Good communication about delivery. Good customer service. Products delivered with care. Ordered a wardrobe and drawers. Self assembly could of been made easier on wardrobe if parts were labelled. The parts for the drawers were labelled

Great product

Great product, finally got it assembled. Happy with the look and it seems a sturdy design. Just wished better assembly instructions. Took me probably 8hours.

What a great company and product

What a great company and product. I purchased a wall bed from Arthauss and the whole experience was flawless. Easy to order, delivery guys very polite, punctual and helpful. Great customer service as a part broke while I was installing the wall bed and it was replaced in a couple days. I would highly recommend Arthauss! 5⭐️

Everything was great

Everything was great – both the delivery and the wardrobe itself. The only thing I didn’t like was that the wardrobe parts were not labelled (like A, B, C), so it was harder to understand which pieces needed to be connected during assembly

Great bed! A bit of a challenge to build.

The order process and delivery of the item I could not fault 5 ⭐️.

Only thing I could fault was the esembly instruction. 2 items out of about 25 were marked with an identity sticker! So working through the instruction took some time as I had to unpack all the boxes (13) and lay everything out so that I could find the correct piece.

Overall the bed took me 7 hours to build, but once up the bed is great. One thing I would change the door hinges and the door spring mechanism as these are not great once attached to the bed and keep coming off. There are better ones on the market.

Excellent company

Very good service it arrived earlier than we expected. Extremely happy with the wardrobe. Also delivery men were great and very helpful and polite.
Overall an excellent company to deal with.
