Fake product. Poor quality. Scammed. Extorniate return cost with no confidence i will get any money back. Might as well bin them but feel more like burning them but worry the plastic rubber sole gives of toxic fumes. Done like a kipper.

It's a Scam site. Purchased without ever receiving any goods. Avoid this Site that shouldn't be allowed to be promoted on social networks.

I payed my 54.99p for a pair of boots i never got.thay send me 2 shipping number s neather was trackable thay are a rip off ... shouldnt be allowed to trade. Then a chap paul called me a lier. Never use them again . Thay tell u thay are a london co. China so i found out

Ordered a shirt from this company, believed it was coming from London, took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. The quality was the poorest I've ever seen, the material was so thin, it was see-through, no label on the shirt or size either and came in an unmarked plastic bag.
Contacted the company but no replies, surprise, surprise!
Threw the £35 shirt in the bin.
Avoid at all costs, total scammers, if I could give minus stars, I would.

Quality of item of clothing received was beyond poor and bore no resemblance to what was purchased. Returned the item to China where it remained uncollected by them for 3 months.

The order was from an address in London so delivery should have been fairly quick. Nowhere on the site does it mention the order comes from China ... not only is that too late for the purpose of the purchase but sizes from China rarely match that stated in the order and returns are long winded and expensive. I cancelled when the order didnt arrive but these Muppets think ill be acceoting their returns policy. I will not accept delivery which is now 12 days which the tracker confirms hasnt progressed in over a week

If I could give 0 starts I would. It’s a scam. Cheap products shipped from China, not as described in the website. No ability to cancel prior to shipping. Returns are to China which means ultimately you cannot return as it costs more than the refund is worth! SCAM AVOID

Incredibly disappointed with this company. Firstly, they are not a London brand. They are based in Asia. I ordered for my holiday and expected it to be delivered in the advertised timeframe. Unfortunately it took almost three weeks, so it arrived whilst I was away. The quality is terrible - very cheap polyester fabric and oversized shirt with very tight fitting swim shorts. They’re far too revealing to wear in public. This might be ok if you don’t have much junk in your trunk but I really don’t want to upset people around the pool. The 14 day money back guarantee is based on returning to the warehouse in Asia at the cost of the buyer, which makes it pointless returning. An absolute stitch-up. Do not buy!

I strongly suggest you do not buy anything from this website. The quality of the two dresses I purchased, if the first one received today is anything to go by, is appalling. To send it back would appear to be a dangerous thing to do given that they reserve the right to charge you over and above any postal costs that you incur. The photographs of the dresses I purchased bear absolutely no relation to the reality of what I have received.

Sadly I couldn't select zero stars.
I cancelled my order and my bank got a refund as I suspected this was a scam (It wasn't far off) my order took over 2 weeks to arrive, i emailed for an update and heard nothing. It was only when my bank got my money back they emailed me with no apology just threatening me with legal action. Whilst on Holiday my order arrived and WOW the quality is absolutely shocking. They seriously need closing down, their items look nice on their site but in reality, terrible.

Clothes not as advertised. I ordered a shirt in Medium, and checked the size guide (bear in mind I take a medium in all brands). The shirt is so small it would be classed as XS in the UK, and the material feels poor quality. The shorts are supposed to be short (above the knee) swim shorts, black with orange lace... they are VERY long board / boxer-style shorts, thar sit way below my knees, with a white lace. Again, material feels cheap. I cannot wear either the shirt or shorts.

And they claimed I was getting a heavy discount from the £85 RRP!!

Absolutel rip off!! Same quality as Temu. Also, clothes just came bundled in a plastic bag... no invoice, or returns slip, or any correspondence... CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP!!

Their website has you believe they're London-based (I realise corporate is) but the clothes have obviously come from a Chinese sweat shop.

Avoid at all cost. They take your money, don't reply to complaints. Thieves basically. Poor Chinese plastic products. Stay well away.

Very disappointed. Spent over £300 in goods and not all goods arrived. Not warned at check out goods shipping from Asia. Frustrated and angry with the delayed shipment. Upon the receipt contacted seller, very disappointed the quality did not match as displayed or described in their website. Mislead discounts, poorest quality,cheaply made, uncomfortable to wear and sizes too small etc. Now back and forth with the seller, I want my full refund and they arrange collection of their misrepresented goods at their own costs. Going to open dispute with PayPal.
