These people are refusing to give me a refund for clothes that are soo small and arrived after I needed it. I don't want another set just my money back.

Shoes not as described, not leather cheaply made, returns are to Asia at your cost even though products are not whats described. Would never use again.

Absolute rubbish advertised as leather they are cheap man made material from china do not but deim this company

They're fake online store, always ensure that the store accepts PayPal even though you do not use PayPal.

The boots are not leather but are made of the cheapest plastic. They stink of glue and are really poor quality. I’ll be claiming back through my card company and hopefully this will stop other transactions being authorised. Absolute scam.

Ordered a shirt 2/3 weeks ago still no sign I wish I had read the reviews before I threw£30 away !!!!

Paid £24.95 for a blazer suppose to be over £79, when arrived it was disgusting would not give you £1.00 for it, cannot return to london but only Asia and costing £24 🤷‍♀️ why cannot return to London I don’t know

Very very poor quality Chinese clothing, took 3 weeks to arrive yet the website stated its uk stock and would be delivered within 5 days.

Avoid at all costs! I bought an item that claimed to be an RRP of £90, once it finally arrived, it was worth no where near this!
I was not aware that the item would be shipped from Asia. The garment arrived with holes, unfinished edges and loose threads, a terrible product.
The customer service team advised they would send out another which will be quality controlled, I could return the item for a full refund but would need to pay shipping (£20-£30) or they would give me 10% refund and I could keep it.
Absolutely terrible, wish I had read the shipping/returns policy or visited Trustpilot before buying!!

Scammers, this crowd are the same as pierce & Harrison & Chelsea’s finest, complete & utter scum, same old London stuff closing down, half the pictures are probably on main sites like Amazon or Temu, look at the returns policies, all the same but different companies, I don’t think so, contact your bank ASAP, get onto them as this is fraud

I bought 2 pairs boots . Looked great in the pics , but they are really cheap, and posted direct from China and not London as I thought and advertised

I ordered some nice looking genuine leather boots… received was 100 % genuine plastic winkle pickers, worth no more than £5.. I didn’t think you were allowed to advertise and provide goods that didn’t match the description, wasting everyone’s time and money

their website only went live 2 months ago. My boots look nothing like the pair in the photo. The photos are fake, the boots are of poor quality. This is a brand-new retailer trying to look like and old high quality retailor when they’re not. Avoid.

Ordered boots which came after Christmas, I wanted them before!
The boots don't look like the photos on the website at all... well maybe they do; they are the same colour, sort of!
Reading above, appears not worth trying to send them back so I'll keep them.
There's a really cheap sticker on the tongue which with thicker laces will probably cover. The laces on the boots are very thin and flimsy and look very cheap!

Avoid at all cost . Product nothing like picture and returns policy is ridiculous quoting around £20 to Asia. They offer 10% back and keep the product which isn’t even worth 10% of the original cost. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing from them.

Poor quality sweater. Very different from photo.
I wanted my money back, but was informed I would have to pay postage to Asia.
