If i was reviewing the product itself this would be a 5 but customer service has totally destroyed it
bought external wall cladding and happy with the quality and standard even after they sent the wrong colour to the sample i had received. however they sent the correct colour of trims i ordered but this didn't match the cladding. I have photos of the different matching and even sent these onto them.
I had said i would except the cladding and if they change the trims instead to suit i would be happy as would save on a lot of carriage costs to them.
after numerous calls and emails without replies i have decided to write the review.
Being in the building trade as a contracts manager in housing contracts i was looking at using this product on other jobs i will be looking elsewhere for it.
They have also lost out on a £3000 + decking job i will be ordering elsewhere

Packaging could've been better but customer service sorted it straight away.

Artificial grass is ideal for pets. Easy to clean and no smells.

Decking looks smart and feels solid. Would definitely buy again.

Slight delivery issue but resolved well. Decking quality is very good.

Grass doesn't flatten and still looks good weeks later.

Slatted cladding gives such a modern finish. Loads of compliments already.

A couple of boards were damaged in transist but replacements came quickly.

I ordered a sample of internal cladding ( ash ) I got tracking details and it never arrived, I phoned them and gave them my order number and they said they would chase it up. As the sample still didn't arrive I emailed them to resend the sample or give me a refund and to date the sample has never arrived and I've never had a response

Courier messed things up but customer service handled it spot on. Product is quality.

Grass is soft enough for barefoot walking. Really pleased.

Slatted cladding has totally transformed our garden room. Love it

One board arrived scratched but they sorted it without any back and forth.
