Rob the engineer was so good and explained everything.

Rang this morning as my boiler was not tuening the heating on. I spoke to Jodie who knew exactly what the problem was, and was able to help me over the phone. She went through each step slowly with me and helped me straight away. She eas very helpful and lovely to talk to.

Had my boiler serviced today by Rob.
Received txt to say he'd be arriving within a set time, which he did.
Advised that pressure meter has not been set. Put in call to have this sorted out.

Engineer Rob texted me of time expected to arrive at my home.

Rob did a thorough test and replaced all that neededto keep boikercworking well till next service in 2025.

The telephone was answered quickly and boiler problem quickly resolved with a prompt visit within 24 hours and fixed. They all help to communicate ETA to ensure there was someone in. Happy with the service today.

Scott’s customer service was excellent. Helped solve the quick issue I was having with my boiler not kicking in and reassured me that I was using my thermostat correctly.
