Dom very friendly, helpful when he serviced the boiler explained what to do if fault appeared again. Unfortunately it did, no fault if Dom, fitted a faulty part. Called and spoke to a very helpful and happy customer care team member Sarah, had Dom back replacing the faulty part by 1pm the same day. Fantastic improvement is service provided where I used to be scared to call as it was like trying to get past the Drs reception. But 100% grateful thanks to Sarah and Dom for giving me back faith in A Shade Greener
