From communication to service to the actual product I wish I could give more stars. The presentation box, certificate and the roses are a beautiful touch. My husband was very emotional when I gave him his ring with his Dads ashes in. I was extremely happy with the quality, the thickness of the ring and the craftsmanship. Amazing. Have now ordered two rings both of which are beautiful, down to the packaging, the ring box with light in and even a beautiful gift bag if you are gifting to someone. Price is excellent for the quality and service you receive. Kept up to date during the whole process, I even emailed a few questions before ordering and got a quick very helpful response. I ordered a heart shaped pendant which arrived in a gorgeous, well presented box. In the box lid there was a light and this made the pendant sparkle....it looked stunning!

I ordered 2 ashes infused glass birds. The pack came really quickly with clear instructions. When the birds arrived back within a week of receiving of ashes they were well packaged to prevent damage in transit. The birds are beautiful. I have mine sat underneath a lamp, the colour really cones out when the lamp is shining on them. It is a beautiful memento of my wonderful husband. Thankyou

I ordered this ring for my daughter for Christmas from our dog Milo that passed away at 12 years old. The ring was absolutely stunning.
