Fantastic service from Assistive Bathing
Assistive Bathing have been brilliant throughout the process. Colin who installed our Wetroom did the job to the highest standard and we felt went above and beyond during his time with us. Sharon from the office followed up with us throughout the build. They were outstanding.

We recently contacted assistive bathing for a consultation and quote for a walkin bath the gentleman came and assessed the bathroom took measurements and quoted a price we decided to go ahead he should have taken half the money as a deposit but took more than was quoted the company rang the next day to say that the deposit had not gone through they wanted us to make another payment we said no because we wanted to check with our bank that the monies had been paid to them .we checked with the bank the monies had been paid to them then they could not find the monies I told them if it wasn't sorted then we would cancel the order within an hour and half they rang back to say they had found the deposit then we find out that they wanted all the full cost to be paid before all the work had been completed this is not acceptable most companies ask for a deposit the the full payment when work is completed and the customer is happy with the product and installation etc.we cancelled the order because it was not made clear at the start that we would have to pay in full before work is completed they have just lost a nearly 12 thousand order

Thank you for your review and we are sorry to hear of the issues that were experienced.
Whilst this is not the customer journey that we would have hoped for, we will ensure our sales team are advised to make it clear from the outset of our payment terms. This is not uncommon within the bathroom installation industry, it is very rare for work to be completed before the monies have been paid.
We apologise that you were not given the service promised and hope that you are able to find a suitable alternative, should this not be the case we would love the opportunity to discuss the above further with you.

Delighted:- Product, Communication with the company, Professional workmanship displayed by the fitters.
Fitter highlighted a problem with my hot water cylinder during the test phase of filling the bath. It only reached a third way before it ran cold. He raised the issue back to the company and it was resolved by mutual agreement that they would replace it with a higher capacity cylinder. (Should have been spotted during the survey phase and I would recommend it be highlighted as a check point in the product information related to each sized bath)
Overall a good outcome was reached and I would recommend this company to other people.

Excellent company
From start to finish the service and care were outstanding firstly I emailed an enquiry as Dad had struggled for a while with mobility and now Mum had fell - I received a phone call within six hours and an appointment for George to visit that weekend. The care and patience he showed towards my parents and their questions was a pleasure to see he wasn’t a pushy salesman instead he guided them through the process but ultimately it was their choice. Steve was the surveyor and next to visit he again showed caring and compassion coming up with solutions for some problems that were going to be encountered and better still all at the original cost. Rachel was our appointed contact to guide us through the installation which is a really good arrangement no repeating yourself constantly she was friendly knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to.
I had done research on Trustpilot not only about the company but also about the installers and one in particular stood out so we waited with baited breath to see if we were going to be fortunate enough to get Warren - the sun was definitely shining on us and we were told Warren would be with us on Tuesday which was less than 3 weeks since my initial email. Tuesday 8am dawned and in bounced the friendliest most pleasant guy you could wish to meet he explained everything he was going to do was happy to answer any questions (& my mother has a lot) we instantly felt at ease in his ability to do the job his words were nothing is a problem everything is fixable! From that moment he worked tirelessly for two full days (fuelled by cups of tea) He showed compassion and understanding to both Mum and Dad built up quite a rapport with Dad never once complaining when there was a curious head popping around the door and the attention to detail he has is second to none.The bathroom was completed in two days all wiped down absolutely no mess left by Warren and my parents were genuinely sorry to see him go. All rubbish gets collected as part of the package we couldn’t be happier with the standard of workmanship and quality of the goods

Outstanding experience when having my…
Outstanding experience when having my old bathroom transformed to a new bright bathroom. Fitter Alex Craig did a first class job. He arrived on time and cleaned up all the mess that was made. Sales agent Dean M. attended to my house and designed to my requirements. Surveyor Stephen was great and took the time needed to explain how it all work. Sharon was my care advisor and call throughout the install to see if I were happy with progress and needed any help. Thank you all for being excellent at what you do.

They are an amazing company
They are an amazing company. Our bathroom has been totally transformed. We had regular checks by phone and in person to make sure everything was running smoothly. Jon O’Neill was the guy that ripped out the old bathroom and installed the new. He was very thoughtful the way he worked to minimise dust and cleaned up at the end of each day. Amazing job to do on his own. Brett the sparky was happy to answer all my questions and did a great job. Rachel from the office was lovely and very down to earth. All in all amazing! Thanks guys. An excellent installation.
Ordering and arranging for the installation was perfectly straightforward with regular updates from office staff on progress and timetable. The installation itself was faultless, from delivery of the goods through installation to collection of waste material, with the staff involved ensuring minimum disruption to us. Without exception all were polite, friendly and meticulous in carrying out the work including cleaning up afterwards.

My elderly mum was sold a very expensive new bathroom and cannot use it, as the bath takes too long to fill and she has too sit in it while it fills and empties. She has tried to contact you twice for advice and has been fobbed off - today she was waiting for a call or visit from your rep but no one got in touch. She is currently in a worse situation than before with nowhere to bathe.

Beautiful bathroom from Assistive Bathing
Russell, Craig, Scott, and Sharon were great. They were all helpful and friendly and really knew their stuff. We felt neither rushed nor pressured. Scott installed the bathroom in three and a half days with great efficiency and expertise. The finished product looks wonderful.

Five stars across the board
Five stars across the board from start to finish. Alan our surveyor was very helpful in pointing out the best products to achieve our new bathroom. Our fitter, Jon O’Neill, was a godsend. He worked tirelessly to fit it all in time. Alas, he was tested by our old set-up, but there was nothing he couldn’t sort. An absolute gem.
We were contacted daily by Rachel who also kept us up to date with all aspects of the fit, and eventual removal of all the detritus of our old bathroom.
The new walk-in shower, sink, loo, walls, flooring, ceiling, and lighting all look fantastic. Everything fitted to our specific requirements by a first class fitter.

Great products fitted by an efficient Company.
With my wife recently coming out of hospital after a long time it was apparent we needed to have alterations to our bathroom. Assistive Bathing were contacted along with a few other companies who also refurbish bathrooms. We were visited by Robert, the AB salesperson who explained the full extent of alterations that would be best suited to my wife. He explained all the materials and products they use in detail with samples. Though other companies were cheaper we decide to go with AB. The next step involved being visited by a surveyor. He was extremely helpful and made a few suggestions not considered by ourselves before. Which proved to be brilliant. Our fitter Chris Lepine arrived on the arranged day. He was absolutely brilliant. Happy to explain what he was doing and why. He cleaned up after himself everyday (and the electricians), arrived at the arranged time each day and did a fantastic job. I was phoned by the company every day to ensure the job was progressing according to plan. Very pleased we choose to use this company and would recommend to anybody considering having a new bathroom suite fitted.

Excellent service from the initial demonstration through to the survey and final installation. Alan the surveyor was polite and friendly he went through the installation process and provided clear information on both the materials/components. The installation was carried out by Tim he worked exceptionally hard to complete the installation within the time frame advised. He was friendly and polite the work was carried out with the minimum disruption to ourselves. He gave us regular updates on the progress. The final installation was first class everything we hoped for. Throughout the process Rachel in the office regularly checked to ensure we were satisfied with the progress. On completion all the waste from the old bathroom were promptly and cleanly removed. 5☆ service throughout
