No more bathroom struggles
From the first contact with the customer service team to arrange a visit right trough the instillation of the bathroom, we received a quality service . Sharon from customer service kept in touch throughout checking at each stage we were happy. Andrew the sales rep making sure I was able to have what I wanted in my bathroom and Steve the surveyor taking time to explain what was possible, everyone put us first.
When it can to the fitting what can I say about Alex, a person who took pride in the work he did, arrived on time and worked throughout the day keeping us informed and up to date at each stage of fitting. Each evening he left the hall and landing clean and tidy.
I would no hesitation in recommending Assistive Bathing to anyone who has a disability or anyone caring for a disabled family member. For us this has been a very positive experience.

Fantastic Bathroom
From the first meeting to the bathroom being finished the staff at Assisted Bathing was very good and helpful. Sharon who is a lovely lady phoned me regularly to make sure everything was going well. George the fitter was great. He worked hard and was very efficient and tidy. Eddie the surveyor was very helpful and friendly too. My mum is very happy with her bathroom and is enjoying it very much. Would highly recommend.

Good service from start to finish
Rebecca, our Designer was excellent. She knew her stuff! We did not feel forced into making a choice we would not be happy with but she certainly had an eye for what would best suit. Our Surveyor, Eddie cleared up all concerns we had about working round the awkward position of our window and other more minor matters. The Installer, Darren, was extremely hard working and cheerful and was able to give advice on the best position for items such as grab rails. Rachel kept in regular contact throughout the installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and we also had an after installation visit from Steve to make sure everything was OK.

The overall experience was very satisfying from initial consultation. Steve the fitter was clean and very experienced shared is knowledge and made the whole process very easy. I was surprised to see it was just him as it looked like a lot of work for one person but he cracked on and finished ahead of schedule. Overall it was a very positive experience we now have confidence that my mum can enjoy her life in a safe bathing area.

When the experience is great because of the people!
Although we had a really positive experience from the first call from assisted bathing. The difference that made the experience just as good as it was, was the person who did the install.
Warren was so good. He was professional, quick, explained everything really well (so even my mum understood it). The standard of his work was exemplary. He went over and above to make sure that we had the best experience we could.
We had calls throughout the install from the office checking all was OK, which gave piece of mind.
Was it the cheapest option we could have gone for. Definitely not. But are we really happy with the finished product, absolutely 💯

Understanding and caring
Rob and Darren were brilliant. I booked this visit to make my mum safe in the bathroom. They understood all the issues and made it a light hearted, funny meeting. Went through all the options and safety features available. Would definitely recommend

Brilliant Service and fabulous bathroom.
From the first visit by Alan,and his follow up ones. We have been looked after. Catalin the fitter was excellent he warned us if he needed to make a noise or turn off the water. He always left us with a toilet at night , and the finished bathroom is wonderful just as we pictured it. Rachel in the office rang regularly to check we were happy.
It was the little things like the delivery arriving at 6.30am but not knocking the door until 8.00am. Collection of scrap was similar ,just taking it away. Catalin making sure that everything was the right height etc.and I felt I would be safe.
I had not been able to shower for weeks due to accident and this morning was so lovely, the best shower ever.
I can thoroughly recommend this company.

We had a representative visit from Ross for a quotation for a bath installation for our elderly father. He arrived on time and introduced himself with a pleasant manner and presented ID.
He made a thorough check of our requirements. ran through the various options and presented samples.
It was a very pleasant experience, allowing us to now make a decision on how to proceed.
We would have no issue with recommending a visit from this company .

From 1st phone call appointment for…
From 1st phone call appointment for first survey took couple days. Representative took measurements and noted all fixtures + fittings, then arranged for CAD drawing to be done after we agreed on shower required. He showed me samples of equipment. Very impressed with quality of these. From acceptance then had technical survey done where final decisions made re layout. Shortly afterwards had installation date given together with name of installer. Installer very professional and helpful, explained things as he went along so that I was fully informed every step of the way. Very pleased with installation and clearance of rubbish from house. Then had tel call to let me know when rubbish was to be collected. All staff I spoke to were friendly and efficient also knowledgeable. All in all it took less than a month to complete procedure. I’m very pleased with finished product.
