I recently made my third purchase from Atelier Vintage. This is the only vintage luxury retailer I’ve found where I can really depend on the quality and accurate descriptions in terms of the condition. Of course vintage items will always have some character but I believe AV only sources the best pieces out there. Through my own carelessness, I accidentally damaged the lining of my latest bag and I contacted Lucy @ AV and she was more than happy to give me advice to help me enjoy my purchase for many years to come. I can’t recommend enough. If you’ve seen a piece you like, then go for it without worry. There’s also a WhatsApp community, with loads of members who can testify to the quality, authenticity and service you receive when shopping with Atelier Vintage.

Lucy sources the most amazing pieces, she has an eye for that special something that makes a handbag stand out. Accurate descriptions so you know exactly what you are buying, it helps that you actual see the bag as it is to be worn and at times in different ways.

This was my second purchase from Lucy in 2 months and it arrived promptly, in lovely packaging and in exactly the condition described. I’d never bought pre-loved before but Lucy has changed my view on this. My recent purchase (red Chanel bag) was literally like brand new. I’ve bought 3 bags from Atelier Vintage so far and I’m super pleased with all of them! I was worried at first as it’s a lot of money buying something you can’t hold and to buy from an online store but I can confidently say that I’ll be back for more! The bags are in excellent vintage condition, included a dust bag and were posted extremely quickly. Lucy is great at answering any questions I had and kept me up to date with the status of delivery. Definitely 10/10!

Buying vintage designer can be scary but buying from Atelier Vintage makes it easy to do with confidence. Great images of the items and great descriptions so you know what you’re buying and very responsive to questions. Addition of dust bag is really helpful and a nice touch.

I have long been an admirer of the amazing vintage bags Lucy procures and this week I finally took the plunge and bought a gorgeous 1980’s Gucci 2 way bag. It arrived this morning and is simply stunning. The condition inside and out is sublime; it looks like it was produced last year, not 40 years ago!
