It’s a real shame that another retailer feels the need to try and tarnish her reputation maliciously, there is plenty of room for everyone in the market place. Having said that I would not spend my money with someone who behaves in that way as it shows a total lack of integrity and trustworthiness.

I have bought a couple of times at Atelier Vintage now and honestly Lucy runs one of my favourite online shops ever ❤️ the pieces she sources carefully are fantastic, always of high quality and simply beautiful pieces of vintage. I have made four purchases from Lucy to date, and imagine many more to come.
It is so refreshing to deal with a business with a heart and soul - I can truly see this is Lucy’s passion and every sale means the world to her.
Nothing is too much in terms of additional images and questions and her replies are always prompt and detailed. On the one occasion I had an issue, Lucy was fully engaged and helped reach a more than satisfactory conclusion.
Buying vintage/pre-owned can be a nerve racking experience as it can be a lot of money, it’s certainly not something I take lightly, but there is no one else I trust more than Lucy and Atelier Vintage.

Lucy is the ONLY person I would invest in a luxury vintage item from. I have bought multiple items from her and each one was perfectly as described and as photographed. They are always in excellent condition (she has very high product standards) and I am so impressed by selection of products on offer. Lucy is exceptionally knowledgable about her products, helpful and kind - nothing is too much to ask. Lucy has also created a wonderful WhatsApp community for sharing thoughts/tips/pictures of the luxury items (and other general chit chat - join if you haven’t already!). I can’t recommend Atelier Vintage enough.

She claims falsely that I have made many purchases since this bag, which is a lie. I will review my other initial purchase separately as they are a separate sale and another experience to review. I think you are delusional over sabotaging anything Lucy and making up things about constantly wanting to go into business with you, are you talking about when you were pretending your business wouldn’t survive and needed money to which you laid it on that much you had me pitying you and even offered to help you out in the short term with cash NOT a business partnership as you like to call it. Oh dear making up stories now because someone has been brave enough to leave an honest review instead of been bullied into leaving a good one constantly. My review is honest and truthful and people need to be aware that some people who leave the 5* reviews are doing it for a reason and it’s not always because they actually have had an excellent experience !!
Review: After seeing a bag I liked on the sellers page, I thought I could see a dark mark on the picture so asked the seller to confirm if indeed it had a mark or not. Lucy told me that there was no mark and it was just a shadow. I went ahead and bought the bag. On opening the delivery, to my disappointment there was in fact a rather large dark stain to one side of the bag. It covered at least half of one side of the bag. I was more disappointed that I had asked and was told that no there was nothing wrong with the bag and so was lied to so I’d make the purchase. The seller offered to sort it out and refund after me mentioning it, however I was left a bit cautious of this business afterwards
I had purchased from this company previously which made this incident a little worse as I thought I could trust this seller.
I will write a review of my other purchase separately to this as it was a different sale. Just make sure you inspect the pictures if you are thinking of buying and request more if you are unsure.

Lucy is great at supplying lovely designer vintage items , I purchased a YSL bag at a great price . Will definitely use Atelier again 🌟 x

Her description is accurate if not even better than she has stated. She now even offers Entrupy certificates too.
