Established in 1972, Atlantic Electrics has been in business for over 45 years, and is still owned and run by the original family members! Originally based in Willesden Green, North London, we repaired and sold TV's from a small shop on the High Road. As the home entertainment industry exploded during the 80's and 90's we remained at the cutting edge. At the start of the 00's we expanded further with the creation of a dedicated DJ business in the heart of London - Westend DJ. The current head office and warehouse was acquired in 2000 and is now the flagship store for the company covering TV, audio, home appliances, Kitchen furniture store and smart home.

Fast and efficient delivery

Fast and efficient delivery. The gentlemen that delivered my washing machine were kind and helpful. They took out the old machine and allowed me a bit of tome to clean the space before the new one could go in. They ensured everything was working well before leaving too!

Great company

I ordered a dishwasher which was delivered and installed within a week. The installers even fixed a dodgy tap while they were working in the kitchen without being asked, which was a lovely surprise! Customer service throughout was great, and I was kept updated at all times by Rinesh. I would highly recommend Atlantic.

I ordered a vacuum on May 2nd

I ordered a vacuum on May 2nd, advertised with 3–5 day delivery. It arrived over two weeks late, and the standing dock was missing. To make matters worse, I was told I had to be home during weekday hours to receive the missing part—despite this being the company’s error.

Customer service was dismissive, implying that a Saturday delivery was a “favor” rather than a fix. The whole experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and poorly handled. I expected better and am still waiting for a proper resolution.

We fully acknowledge that the missing floor dock and the inconvenience around DPD delivery arrangements have caused frustration and for that, we sincerely apologise. While the vacuum itself was delivered shortly after it came back into stock - as agreed by yourself in the phone conversation when you placed your order - the oversight with the floor dock should not have happened.

Once you brought this to our attention, we investigated immediately and arranged a Saturday DPD delivery for the missing item. While we don’t typically offer weekend deliveries, we recognised this was our error and wanted to do everything possible to make it easier for you - especially knowing you were in the middle of a move and another weekday delivery wasn’t ideal due to work.

We’re genuinely sorry that this situation left you feeling dismissed rather than supported. That is never our intention and your feedback will help us ensure we’re offering the right level of care and clarity going forward.

As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve emailed you a voucher code for use on a future purchase. We hope this goes some way toward restoring your faith in us and reflects our commitment to delivering the standard of service you should always expect.

Professional

I have been going to Atlantic for twenty years for all my electrical needs. They always explain everything to me fully and always answer my questions in a clear and concise way. I always find them very professional and they always keep me posted if I’m waiting on deliveries. I would recommend Atlantic Electrics without hesitation.

Great choice of appliances to see and…

Great choice of appliances to see and “touch”. Shamoon was super knowledgeable and help us choose the right appliances for the full renovation of our kitchen. And the pricing was much better than the online big stores.
We highly recommend Atlantic Electrics and especially Shamoon for his friendly and professional service.

Very helpful

Very helpful, 1 air fryer faulty then the 2nd didn’t do as advertised. Quickly sent back and reordered a ninja- Jo issues. Quick correspondence and delivery- will buy from them again
