Established in 1972, Atlantic Electrics has been in business for over 45 years, and is still owned and run by the original family members! Originally based in Willesden Green, North London, we repaired and sold TV's from a small shop on the High Road. As the home entertainment industry exploded during the 80's and 90's we remained at the cutting edge. At the start of the 00's we expanded further with the creation of a dedicated DJ business in the heart of London - Westend DJ. The current head office and warehouse was acquired in 2000 and is now the flagship store for the company covering TV, audio, home appliances, Kitchen furniture store and smart home.

Great service and good price.
A few days before Christmas 2024 our 20 year old Bosch dishwasher broke down, so we went to Atlantic Electric to see what they had. Shamoon was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped us to make a choice. We ordered a new replacement and it was delivered very quickly and the old one was taken away. We are very happy with the new Bosch dishwasher as it fits our needs exactly.
I have dealt with Atlantic Electric for many years and have never been disappointed. They are a family run business that is 50 years old and has retained the ethos of providing excellent customer care and service. I would recommend Atlantic Electrics to anyone who needs anything electrical to go to their store and have a look. You will experience an excellent customer experience and may even save some money.

Consistently sensible prices
I have regularly used Altantic for almost every significant electronics purchase I've made in the last 10 years, so they get 5 stars for consistently sensible prices and good service.
The service slipped a bit on the last order, but the team made a decent effort of putting it right.
Well done, keep it up and please ask your delivery team to not be grumpy.

After being supplied with a faulty…
After being supplied with a faulty appliance, a new one arrived in its place 10 days later..
As much as I wasn't impressed with this..the customer service did their best to solve this problem..
The only reason I used this company was the fact it was recommended by klarna and clear pay..which helped me financially...The delivery service was efficient.

Shipment was sent with wrong address…
Shipment was sent with wrong address label on, was sent to number 170 when I live at 17D, simple mistake so not really going to gripe much, got parcel 3 days after 1st attempt, ironic thing was I seen the van going up and down the street 🙄
