I had a problem with my servers, I contacted technical support, and they solved the problem fast.

Wasn't very helpful in getting a refund for an auto payment that I was told was canceled by a member of staff after making a request for cancelation and transfer of billing to another business partner. Was way to hard to find the page for the actual cancelation in the first place and wasn't assisted in even attempting to be given a refund for the amount when the server host was completely inactive and I was being charged without knowing for months.

Very good service but there some issues from the panel every 5-10 days

The service is trustworthy, I had a small inconvinience with the payment but the support helped alot and the issue was solved within an hour.
The website is also easy to navigate and to use, especially from other websites alike.

It was quite affordable, but the starter pack just has too low space for my Project, however, if your looking to do a small project/sandbox server, then yes, its worth your money.

My friends and I recently got into the popular game Palworld, as soon as we started playing we had a group of 4+ people and we needed a dedicated server to play together, we used a competitor for a few days before running into a lot of crashing and game bugs. This small team of gentlemen not only offered me a significantly better price monthly, but we are running on much better hardware now and they even migrated my world from my existing server! The time from opening my sales inquiry to when we were able to play was minimal, and the response back from the support team was always within just several minutes. They offer a dashboard for easy server management, access for subusers and easy backup creation. I strongly suggest using the services these guys provide, they are the "mom and pop shop" of hosting providers!

Atomic Networks is a great provider. The performance of their VPS is pretty good. Also, they respond very quickly. Like, I wanted to install a custom OS and they instantly attached the CD.

Very unproffessional support. I was stuck for almost 72 hours beacause i was short of 3 cents(probably the crypto transfer fees).although it was partly my fault i recieved no help/explanation the least thing they could do was help me find the reason and invoice me again and then we could figure out something about the underpaid invoice.
