Arrived, worked, quick delivery etc. The only one thing I would say is that the website didn't describe the condition of the item outside of "working" - I wasn't sure if I was getting BNIB or a cosm... Voir plus

Great products at reasonable prices- love the 5 year warranty. Great service from the Chermside store- especially the very tall English girl - sorry can’t remember her name but she is always great.

Absolutely wonderful!

I wasn’t 100% sure what i was expecting when buying from CeX, but i’m glad i did! The price was very cheap for what i bought and the condition it was in at ‘good’ was astonishing! Delivery was a lot faster than expected, especially coming all the way from Brisbane and it was packaged really well. Would recommend!

Service was fine

Service was fine, graphics card in okay condition but it was given to me in a paper bag with no wrapping or protection whatsoever?

Whilst you are happy with the condition of the graphics card, I understand your concern regarding how the item was handed over.

When items are sent via post, they are packaged securely with suitable protective materials to ensure safe transit and delivery. In cases where items are collected directly from the store, they are generally handed over safely in-store and placed in a paper bag for convenience.

That said, had additional packaging been requested at the time, the store staff would certainly have assisted to provide extra protection for the item.

Be assured, your feedback will be forwarded to the store management team so that their measures can be reassessed.

Great service

Great service. Good products. was able to get the game my son wanted. was able to track delivery. Arrived on time. Would definitely recommend

Filthy Disc's

Delivery was fine, discs were in a disgraceful condition, all 3 covered in finger prints and scratches. Luckily have managed to clean them and the 4k disc seems ok. The blu ray disc won't play in full even after cleaning it numerous times and wouldn't play at all prior to cleaning. Haven't tried the special features disc as yet. Have purchased many discs in store and all have been spotless, this is my 1st online purchase and won't be purchasing online again.

I'm pleased to hear that the delivery was on time; however, sorry to hear that the discs did not arrive as expected.

As per our buy-in standards, we ensure that all optical media are given a good wipe and are purchased only if they are in acceptable condition. I have highlighted this case to the sourcing store for procedural assessment.

If the discs are not working as intended, I would request you to return the complete item as per our online returns policy (https://bit.ly/3MBmPcs). You can either post it using our prepaid shipping label or you can take it to your nearest CeX store and the staff will assist you with the returns.
