Always great service and fast delivery from CeX. The px7 headphones I bought are beautiful and sound magnificent under in wonderful conditions, my fiance enjoying the tablet that I bought her which is also perfect and just like mine in just as good a condition, and I bought my new (wish I'd known about CeX earlier) and the next hub I bought works perfectly. Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. The product listings display game covers that don't always match the product actually supplied. I received a different cover variant to the one advertised. For collectors, cover variants matter, as different editions can have different desirability and value depending on the title. If customers may receive a different variant to the one pictured, this should be clearly stated rather than displaying a cover that may not match the item being sold. I would not have purchased the item had the correct cover been shown.

I ordered a buzz complete set but one of the buzzers didn’t work, return process was so easy as well as amazing communication via email! they received my return and within 2 hours they had tested the products and sent out a replacement! The prices displayed on our website are estimates, and the final offer will depend on the outcome of the testing process as well as the grade assigned to the items.
Once the assessment has been completed, our store may contact customers from a withheld number to provide an update. Alternatively, if the customer returns to the store, the outcome can be discussed in person. Once confirmation is received, the order will be processed accordingly.
It seems that a few of the items failed the test and the grade was also revised for some of them thus there was a change in price.
