Arrived, worked, quick delivery etc. The only one thing I would say is that the website didn't describe the condition of the item outside of "working" - I wasn't sure if I was getting BNIB or a cosm... Voir plus

Great products at reasonable prices- love the 5 year warranty. Great service from the Chermside store- especially the very tall English girl - sorry can’t remember her name but she is always great.

Because we deal in second-hand goods, as a standard process, each product brought to us for sale is thoroughly tested on set parameters to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition in line with our grading and testing guidlines as we sell these further with a 5 year warranty. Considering the nature of electronics, faults may occur even after they are bought-in or sold further.

Item received non working

Ordered an item online. It was shipped quickly, but unfortunately it was defective and unable to use it upon arrival. It wasn’t checked as working before it was sent. Return and refund was quick, but I won’t waste my time again.

First purchase from Webuy

This was my first purchase from Webuy and I actually ended up returning the item because I realised I had bought the wrong thing. It was my first time getting into Camera’s and I mistakenly chose a setup that wouldn’t work for what I was trying to do. Webuy were very understanding and processed the return in no time at all. I will definitely be shopping with Webuy again

Beautiful Customer service

As much as I did come across a problem with ordering some items. the customer service was the best I had ever experienced. They were so helpful, so kind, made sure to help me and verify everything at every step of the way, and allow me to order the stuff I wanted. Thank you so much guys. The order was packed and delivered quite quickly. The products look almost brand new and I am very happy with them.

Review for online order of "Legendary Pit Boss" and "Mystical Tae Kwon Crow"

The product arrived a day earlier than expected and the packaging was satisfactory, with both figures being in a good condition. Unfortunately, one of the figures sent was incorrect (it was the original instead of "mystical" version) but the return process for it was very simple and I received a full refund for both the returned figure and postage costs.

The item had a lot of adhesive on the…

The item had a lot of adhesive on the case, i could not even charge the device until i spent 30mins Cleaning the grubby state. This is my first disappointment with cex. Second hand means not new but also sending a item in a grubby state shows a disregard for customer satisfaction, even the employee who sent this in this condition would be annoyed if sent to them, all my other purchases i have been happy with, if not i would not continue ongoing purchases, just the reality of this one purchase

In box item

In box item, box was torn, product was missing the charge cable and the unit was still logged into another persons account with all their details.

Please also note that, as we sell preowned products, we ensure that our Boxed graded items are in good overall condition. However, the original retail box may show signs of previous use or wear, as it is also preowned. That said, the issues you have described regarding the missing charging cable and the device still being linked to a previous user are not in line with the standard we aim to provide and will be investigated.

Delivery good, Service could be better.

The Delivery was amazing and the service in store when I visited in Brisbane was great, however I wished to speak to someone about what the specific reason for "B" and "C" rating was for a tablet and tried calling, its strange to have a phone service available just for it to say go online to a FAQ. I understand not wanting to speak to customers or set up a phone service, but it would be nice if people could just call the stores its from so they can speak to staff there. Because I was far too busy to physically go to the correct store, plus it was in Sydney. So I was ready to refund if I didn't like it when it arrived probably causing you guys more problems.
