I’m extremely happy with the purchase as I thought I was getting the standard 4k dvd but I got the steelbook version. I’m grateful I did because it came in a paper like package and was left in my mailbox soaked. So if I got the normal one it would have been damaged

I purchased a 3DS unboxed
I purchased a 3DS unboxed, so I am fine with the scratches and dints. The console also works perfectly well. My main issue was the state of it. There was dust, hair and all sorts of general debris in the empty stylus port and game slot. I didn't expect to have to thoroughly clean the console as soon as I received it

Mate nothing wrong with the customer service at all only the fact I didn’t get a ac power cord for it then I was asked where it was when I returned it but I didn’t even receive it in the first place

Arrived, worked, quick delivery etc. The only one thing I would say is that the website didn't describe the condition of the item outside of "working" - I wasn't sure if I was getting BNIB or a cosmetically trashed product.
It was somewhere in between which, in this case, was not an issue, but could be for other products.
