I've only had a good experience with IAA, so far only bought 2 salvage cars, but the service and communication had been positive.

Only thing I would mention and improve on are the picture details of the damaged lots - sometimes you can't even tell where the damage is and you're truly buying blind - surely, since Synetiq is taking pictures, a few more with better detail wouldn't hurt? As a buyer I would like to know as much as possible. Copart is doing lot better job in this area and it is frankly quite easy to match that.

My enquiry was taken by Rebecca Kirby, who was excellent. I had originally been on a chat with Georgia Mitchell, who was not at all helpful. However, Rebecca understood my perspective and helped me to progress with my query. There is still further to go, but I was at least able to make positive progress on this occasion. However, overall it is INCREDIBLY frustrating that IA don't have a telephone service for customers to use.
