Today I had my ear wax removed by Mandy and she didn't fall short of making the experience as smooth and calming as she could. She answered any questions I had and made me feel very comfortable. Ben Rogers your hearing aid dispenser was very professional in his approach to assisting me in choosing a hearing aid, providing me lots of tests and information, he made me feel very relaxed in the way he presented a hearing test ,explaining each part in layman's terms.

From meeting Grace the receptionist & Mandy the gear care practitioner I felt comfortable and found the whole experience very professional. They were polite and caring in every way.
