I have been a client here since it was recommended by a friend. I had been dissatisfied with the audiology company I was using at the time because of the high turnover of staff and the disappointing quality of their products and service. That all changed when I went to Audika where Tom, Kate, Dee and Monta have been consistently there which means they are aware of the changing nature of your hearing problems. Their hearing aids have high performance levels and their service is first class. There is always a cheerful welcome and a real desire to help. My thanks to all at Audika for everything you do to make life a little easier.

Having had an indifferent experience over the last 3 years with another Hearing outfit, it was a revelation then switching to Audika in Kingston and in particular dealing with Tom, Kate and Dee. Tom in particular was so impressive and he and Kate's efforts to improve the scope of my hearing have been most laudable. I look forward to maintaining that relationship in the months, if not years, to come.

The whole experience so far has been impressive from initially booking the appointment, the customer service prior to the appointment and then my appointment itself with Tom Leech.
The hearing test was extremely comprehensive and professionally done and Tom explained everything, particularly the results, clearly and in detail.

Went in for a ear wax removal which went very smoothly, Dee was wonderful and very helpful and professional.

I have been a client of Audika (formerly Hidden Hearing) for several years now, and always find all the staff excellent in every respect, highly professional and very friendly. My most recent visit was to have wax removal treatment by Dee at their Kingston Surrey location. Dee, as always, provided the wax removal and hearing test in an amicable manner, ensuring throughout that I was comfortable, explaining everything, answering all my questions and giving me helpful advice. A Five Star experience every time!

Really lovely experience at Audika Kingston upon Thames. Monta on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming. Dee did an amazing job syringing my ears — she was professional, gentle and made the whole experience comfortable. I’m really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them!

The Audika team at Kingston are simply THE BEST...Tom has been looking after me and my ears for 5yrs and from the very first appointment he knew exactly what I needed even if I didn't. He is friendly, down to earth, very professional and knows how to put anyone at ease, his sense of humour is also a joy, I always look forward to my check up's and since I have been wearing my hearing aids my life has been improved 100%.
Monta and the rest of the team make sure you are looked after and also offer top notch customer service, nothing is ever too much.

Got a new Oticon Reveal 1 MiniRite for my mom. Honestly, none of us expected that it would improve her quality of life so much! "It feels like if you were on crutches and suddenly started running again," said Mom. 
Tom Leech is a gifted professional that Audika should feel lucky to have on their team. He is not only attentive and knowledgeable, but also very empathetic, and he made great contact with my elderly mom despite the language barrier.
It wasn't just buying off the shelf; it was precise diagnostics in the first visit, and then another hour or so to do all the fittings, trying out different domes and dynamics, and finally the fine-tuning a couple of days later. 
The care and attention my mom received is priceless. Now she can hear with both ears, enjoys the chirping of birds, can speak in a crowd of people, and even her phone is directly connected to the hearing aid device.
