I felt totally ripped off
I felt totally ripped off. Got to pick up car- wasn’t available and they offered me upgeade( no other choose) I ended up paying DOUBLE the original amount- I fdidnt why me deposit back- don’t know why.
NEVER. Trust or book with them again and can’t recommend them to anyone. So disappointed and a total rip off

Absolutely brilliant customer service…
Absolutely brilliant customer service hired two vehicles through Auto Europe during our European trip and both times had no issues - would recommend Auto Europe and we will 100% hire through them again..exceptional savings going through Auto Europe rather than direct with the major car hire companies..we saved approx $600 to $900 per vehicle hire … We had Europcar car hire vehicles twice, clean, new vehicles, had better vehicles than we hired at no extra cost, just remember treat the vehicle like you own it, report all pre damage before you drive away from car hire company office, take videos & photos of any damage and your have no issues - thanks Auto Europe for a great service !
