When you requested a compact 4-door auto with A/C with Avis, it wasn’t available when we went to confirm the booking. Following our standard process, our team found the next best available option: an economy vehicle with Ezi Rent at a higher rate.
Please rest assured that the alternative was only offered as a suggestion, and no payment was processed on your card. We were awaiting your response on whether you’d like to proceed. Good news: we’ve located an even lower rate of 297.64 AUD, and we’ll be reaching out to offer you this updated option.
