Snow Tires v Snow Chains!

The SCAM from SIXT
Hello!
The last rental was in Sixt in Larnaca airport.
That was a TOTAL SCAM from SIXT side.
We booked the car with ZERO excess insurance. In our voucher was written about insurance with 0,00 excess, BUT SIXT manager wrote in contract 800 euro excess., She just explained us that we didn't understand a contract rules. WHY ? Why the SIXT manager break the rules of contract and change the excess amount!??
I count that as a SCAM from rental company.

I chose the 'in terminal' hire, and now I find out I have to leave the terminal by bus
When booking I chose the 'in terminal' hire option, more expensive, but more convenient. I just got an email from the hire car company telling me I need to leave the terminal and take a bus to pick up the car. Thank you for not telling me the truth, and getting me to pay more for a convenience I will not receive.

No hidden fees booking in USA
When booking car in USA you always get some hidden fees. Which for a state of mind of a common EU citizen is not less than annoying. As long as my browsing skills reach Autoeurope is the only car rental search engine that shows the final price when renting car in USA with all the fees, various insurances, etc. included. Which actually you would expect to be standard. And pretty much is around the world. But not in the united states of scam :) Not to mention easy cancelation and flawless customer service whether your plans have changed.
