Great communication with AES and contact info for the carrier they used. Everybody I dealt with was very knowledgeable. Shipped quickly and the customer support after the sale is top notch! Bought my 2 post lift a couple months ago and couldn't be happier.

We do not have the item we ordered and already getting a survey. It hasn't even shipped yet so that is a problem.

Hi Tony,
I don’t understand why you feel this 1 star review is appropriate. You placed an order on Wednesday, June 28th. It shipped 2 days later and we sent you the tracking information right away, considering the fact that it was going to be a 4-day holiday weekend. We not only emailed you the tracking info, but we always call to verify that you received the email and/or leave a voicemail to let you know it has been sent.
Come the following Wednesday after the holiday, you emailed asking for the tracking information, so we sent it again, letting you know the first steps we took to get you that information to you. You then emailed us back saying the tracking would not work, which we then proceeded to show you it was. The estimated delivery date was set for Friday, July 7th. Not only did we ship it faster than the 7-10 business days that we advertise, but it was also estimated to deliver to you within 10 days. You could not have gotten better service or communication than what we have provided for you. This should be a 5 star review not a one star, so hopefully you can see that we did everything to answer all your questions and you can reconsider your review.
I agree that the survey was sent out too early, so we double checked that the settings for our automated survey emails are sent after 2 weeks of placing your order. Somehow they were set for 7 days after. We take pride in making sure we give the best customer service, and according to other reviews, we did everything right to get you what you needed.
