To start off I thought this site was another scam because the price was too good to be true and the last two I tried for were in fact scams so I was skeptical, after calling and getting a real person to talk to that ease my mind, the only thing I didn’t like was I didn’t get a tracking number. I had no idea when it was coming and then one day it showed up I had no clue. I finally got it together and up and my car is on it and I love it. Doesn’t take up much space other than the car on the fool would. I would recommend this lift to anyone who’s looking to save space and park two cars in one spot. Thanks for a great product

We appreciate your wonderful review about us. We make sure all of our customers are satisfied with their product and prices we give. I did notice that tracking was sent to you on a Friday, before the lift was delivered on Monday. Sometimes the email can go to spam/junk, but I promise it was there. My office admin calls everyone once the email has been sent and may have left you a message. Regardless, we are happy to hear everything is working well for you and arrived in a timely manner.

They don't honor online pricing
I called five times and two days trying to get an invoice to buy a Tuxedo tire machine. Finally they send an invoice but its $385 HIGHER than the online listing. They claim it was a Black Friday special even though it was 10th of December and is still listed on their website for $1,600. They failed to honor their advertised price, bad business.

Hi Ron,
It seems that you are misguided with the way this company works. If we are doing promotions for Black Friday/Cyber Monday, they come with a deadline. As our banners had showed, the deadline was 12/2. It isn't a deadline that only we provide, but our suppliers/manufacturers let us know when our costs will go back to normal. We cannot do anything about that. Had you purchased these items online in time during the sale or even called us during those days, then we could have honored the price. You called us the week after the promotions ended (around 12/9), unfortunately, some prices were not changed in time. If we honored that price, we would be losing money. We were willing to sell it you at cost but you refused and resorted to writing false claims about our 5-star company. Obviously we take care of our customers, as you can see with the amount of 5-star reviews we receive. This review is not a correct reflection of our company. We did what we could to help you get the equipment you wanted, but in the end, you did not want to purchase with us.

I have been purchasing different equipment from "Automotive Equipment Specialists" that range from a full ADAS Calibration kit, additional target boards, and a complete Diagnostic Scanner kit. Recently I just priced a wheel alignment system as well. Every time I call, whether it is Vanessa, Alex, or Mario that answers the phone, I feel like I am treated like family. They actually remember who you are when you talk to them, not like other companys I have dealt with in the past where you are just another customer. They are an amazing Team to do business with and I will definately continue to do purchase from them in the future! Thank you for everything!!

All around great experience.
Easy online purchase. Excellent customer / seller interaction. Fast delivery. Any questions I might have had were answered before I had them. Great communication from AES, they called shortly after the online transaction and kept me posted on delivery. I recommend AES for anyone looking for an excellent, reliable and trustworthy supplier.
