Autonoleggio One 

Dopo aver espletato tutte le formalità in ufficio, mi è stata consegnata solo una chiave e le indicazioni per trovare il veicolo nel grande parcheggio. Dopo aver cercato un po', ho scoperto che l'auto presentava notevoli danni precedenti, solo parzialmente documentati, e che il serbatoio della benzina era pieno solo a metà. Nonostante le evidenti discrepanze, mi è stato consigliato di fotografare personalmente tutti i difetti. Quando ho chiesto una documentazione scritta, mi è stato assicurato che sarebbe stata inviata via e-mail, ma ciò non è mai avvenuto, anche dopo ripetute richieste. Posso solo sconsigliare vivamente di noleggiare un veicolo da Auto One.

Avete un organizzazione a dir poco penosa
Non accogliete i clienti si sosta sotto il sole ore per poter noleggiare un auto che comunque non sara mai quella noleggiata clienti stufi di aspettare ore sono andati via senza ritirare l’auto e senza poter avere rimborso secondo la vostra politica aziendale
Sconsigliato al massimo non andate nn sanno lavorare con il pubblico devono solo parcheggiare auto STOP

Dare una stella e’troppo personale scortese specialmente una ragazza con un accendo milanese che fa scappare le persone le macchine fanno schifo non noleggiate mai più con questa azienda specie a Catania

This company seems to be running a fraud .
I’ve initially rented a car thru doyouitaly.com and got the rental and insurance included in the price .
When arrived at the rental office they said that is mandatory to pay an extra 170£ no refundable and 300£ deposit which would be refundable once car is returned .
We got back brought the car back with no damage whatsoever and been told that the deposit will be returned in the next 3 days .
We never got the deposit back and no confirmation email or nothing .
Somebody please call the police as definitely this is ripping of everyone .
Now contacted the credit card issuer and waiting for an answer to see if I will ever get my money back

Reserveer geen huurauto via deze firma! Auto gehad in Sicilië in september via VipCars bij SurPrise en daar blijkt dan uiteindelijk het beruchte Autonoleggio te zijn die je op voorhand al wilde vermijden ivm de slechte reviews.

Deze liet klanten volledig aan hun lot over op de luchthaven, buspendel kwam na zeer lange wachttijd en diverse telefonische pogingen met kamikaze rit tot gevolg én daarna vele uren wachttijd in een bloedheet gangetje zonder schoon toilet of water op het onderbezet kantoor, terwijl mijn man op de luchthaven moest achterblijven ivm te weinig plaats in de buspendel. (Waar Italiaanse klanten schijt aan hadden en zich gewoon toegang verschaften tot de pendel, maar die zijn dan ook mondiger mbt de taal!) Geen enkel excuus en geen enkele compensatie voor de buitenlandse klanten - die vaak al lang van tevoren hun auto gereserveerd hadden, bleek bij navraag in de ellenlange wachtrij, dus van een verrassing op de dag zelf had absoluut geen sprake moeten zijn.

Klacht ingediend bij VipCars en er diverse malen zelf achteraan moeten gaan. Verschuilen zich constant achter hun franchise nemer als zijnde een 'incident op een druk tijdstip' (wat dus absoluut niet klopt!) Uiteindelijk na het plaatsen van een slechte review plat gebeld en geappt door het hoofdkantoor in Amerika en een refund gehad van hun stukje verdienste voor de bemiddeling. Pas op en lees je goed in, al blijven er altijd zaken die 'verborgen' zijn waardoor je voor een slechte verrassing kan komen te staan.

I had a truly awful experience with this company in Rome. The car they gave us had NO OIL in it. I was travelling alone with my children. When we took the car back they refused to give a refund and I was subjected to racist and horrible abuse from the 'lady' who claimed she was the manager. She refused to call the courtesy bus back to the airport and told me to get a taxi. When I asked for the number of a taxi she refused to give me one. On my return the UK I contacted the company twice asking only for a refund of the cost of the oil and I heard absolutely nothing. My credit card company managed to get the money back but I cannot tell you how upsetting the experience was. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - AVOID!!!!

Pagando in anticipo ci è stato spiegato che dall'aeroporto di Catania vengono a prenderci loro per portarci in sede a firmare il contratto. All'aeroporto uno della sorveglianza, sulla uniforme scritto "Polizia" "offriva" a un costo di €15 il passaggio fino al noleggio, ovviamente senza ricevuta. Lì siamo stati in fila per 6 ore e ci hanno fatto firmare il contratto per la macchina sbagliata. Esperienza terrificante!!! Mai più!!!🥴

scarsi....ti mandano in giro con la vettura piena di adesivi pubblicitari...mi sono vergognato....e poi ci hanno provato a darmi la responsabilità di danni che già c'erano....il tutto con tanta scortesia....mai più

LEARN FROM A FOOL LIKE ME! Don't try to save money, it will cost you way more in the end. Choose a serious rental car company on the ECRCS.

Here's some important lessons learned:
I rented a car in Bergamo summer 2022 for three days. I took plenty of pictures of the car before we left the station, but MISTAKE #1 I did not ask them for a printed copy of the rental contract or the assessment of the existing damages on the car because they did everything digital and allegedly were going to e-mail me.
When we returned the car they made up a bunch of damages that were already there and my pictures helped exclude most of them except some small dents in the wheels. They came up with a ridiculous amount of money for the damages and I refused to sign their check out assessment of the car damages. This was a good thing, but MISTAKE # 2 in the rush to get to our flight I forgot again to ask for a physical copy of the checkout documents. Time went by and I naively thought that things were going to be OK. Little did I know that they would out of the blue charge by credit card for over 1000 EUR almost a month!!! Which is about the deadline for making claims on my insurance company. SERIOUSLY? So now I have this huge credit card charge, and the insurance company refuses to help out because it's been 28 days, which is all AUTO ONE's frigging fault for not informing me about anything and just charging me way past the end of the rental. Please take care of yourself and learn from the fools that came before.

I could give 2 star because the rental was successful. Also positive that you doesn't need credit card or pay extra deposit.

So contra...the customers service was soo crap and aggressive that they made the whole rent a piece of crap.
1, you can't write feedback on Google (cuz all google service is "closed" so no one can write ... The only page is Trustpilot they can't delete this.and 1.5* is true. This is a first bad sign)
2, we received a very old, crap car with full of scraces inside and outside too. Was also very dirty . The engine light was on the whole time (so we afraid the car could stop anytime....)
3, full-full fuel is the policy basicly...the tank was about 20%...
4 the guy who gave us the car couldnt speak any foreign language ofc...
5, we called the company a day before , where should we take off the car in the airport. the angry lady said that go to airport and call her again. I asked 3x times where is the exactly place airport we want just right go there or in an other city but she just repeating "go to airport and call"
At the airport we called her again and she send a new address to us (20min from the airport).
We said we don't have time to and extra route and also we made the booking at airport drop off.she started to YELL in the phone , we must go in the town!!! .she didn't understand our problem even we asked this information before many times. She yelled so hard and was so angry to us that she slammed down the phone !!!
This behavior is unacceptable!!
Don't ...do not to use this company!!!! Please

If the online booking and payment goes through autonoleggio and the real book is at another co. as you said , that's means it's a shady , illegal business.
(They just answered the same to all 1* reviews.)

Azienda di scarsa organizzazione. Prezzi cari per auto super datate. Attesa snervante in aeroporto per la navetta.
Mi hanno affidato una Nissan Almeria molto carente. Accelerazione eccessiva, luci di emergenza e autoradio non funzionanti.consumi esorbitanti. Insomma esperienza da non ripetere.

Arrivati oggi a Catania dopo aver prenotato un van 9 posti ad inizioaprile ed il van non c'è. Siamo due famiglie con 2 bimbi ciascuna e l'unica soluzione proposta è per 2 auto (che se prenotate ad inizio aprile sarebbero costate decisamente meno) allo stesso prezzo. Personale senza mascherina , maleducatissimo. Sconsiglio vivamente

Esperienza pessima da non ripetere. Ho ordinato una Fiat Punto 1.3 Diesel e me ne è arrivata una a benzina che nel sito costava di meno, tuttavia non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso. Inoltre la macchina era un rottame di quasi 200.000 km con la tappezzeria strappata e pieno di danni. La macchina faceva un tremolio spaventoso durante la guida, segno che qualcosa non andava con le sospensioni. Infine, la macchina mi è stata consegnata con un quarto di benzina anzichè con il pieno come scritto sul sito. Sono dei veri e propri ladri.

BUONGIORNO, IN DATA 21 MARZO, (DALL'11 AL 21/06), COME DA CONTRATTO, AVEVO AFFITTATO L'AUTOVETTURA OPEL AGILA, INVECE IN DATA 11 GIUGNO ALL' ARRIVO ALL'AREOPORTO DI PALERMO, MI E' STATA CONSEGNATA UNA FIAT PUNTO, ASSERENDO CHE L'OPEL NON ERA DISPONIBILE PER UN IMPREVISTO, MA IL SOTTOSCRITTO ANDANDO A VISIONARE SUBITO DOPO IL SITO CONSTATAVA CHE L'OPEL ERA GIA' STATA AFFITTATA. non è una agenzia affidabile; dopo aver pagato un acconto (mai restituito) per il noleggio di un' auto all'aeroporto di Palermo, la sera prima della partenza mandano un'email con scritto che non avevano l'auto prenotata o similare disponibile e che pertanto loro non potevano fare nulla...nonostante decine e decine di email non hanno mai restituito la caparra!!!!SONO IMBROGLIONI!!!!

Aspetto il rimborso dal 5 agosto 2019...ho fatto più di 50 chiamate ...un consiglio...non perdete tempo a chiamare...ho mettete tutto in mano ad un avvocato o rinunciate...truffatori seriali...

A differenza delle recensioni che ho letto che sono pessime ho preso auto noleggio a palermo aereoporto prenotata un giorno prima x una emergenza!!! Sono stata soddisfatta auto non era il massimo ma non avevo pretese,pulitissima e il titolare disponibilissimo sono stata molto contenta avevo preso da loro aktre due volte in passato e non ho avuto problemi mai. Quindi ringrazio il titolare, i ragazzi che sono venuti e sicuramente prenotero'ancora x ora grazie non capisco le recensioni che dicono di truffatori!! Mah

A maggio abbiamo fissato in 4 coppie 3 auto presso il sito noleggioone per la vacanza ad agosto, tutto bene, spesa Modica di circa 80€ a testa per 5 giorni, arrivati a Trapani cerchiamo la via del noleggio che c’era sulla ricevuta, ma il bandone era chiuso con lucchetto, e la sera stessa dopo chiamate e email abbiamo ricevuto una mail con scritto che era stato cancellato il nostro ordine con fururo rimborso nei prossimi 15 giorni. Per chi aveva utilizzato carta di credito ha potuto denunciare come truffa e frode online, chi ha utilizzato la prepagata non ha ricevuto nulla. Tutto ora è aperta la causa nei confronti della signora proprietaria di questa società che risulta la sede addirittura a Firenze. State alla Larga prenotate da hertz o da similari. Meglio 40€ in più che una truffa quando siete in vacanza.
