Amazing service and staff
I don’t usually write reviews but after my experience with Charlotte yesterday and how she dealt with it, I had to give credit where it’s due. From start to finish the whole process was seamless and well thought through. She somehow knew I was stressed out (I hate dealing with vehicle issues and I’d just had one of them mornings). She took over instantly, reassured me, got the car into the garage, provided everything (and more) that I needed, kept me updated and informed throughout. Then there were absolutely no nasty surprises (massive unexpected bills) that most people fear at the end of the process. Well done Autoserve and please pass my sincere thanks on to Charlotte. It was refreshing to experience customer service delivered how it should be.

Speedy Customer Service
My car is currently in the garage for a warranty repair when I got informed that it needed some other attention. I messaged Autoserve and Charlotte and Ammiee were straight on this and within a short time had authorised the garage to do these additional repairs. All in all a very positive experience! Thank you

I had been experiencing much frustration with an issue over my car service - I raised a complaint was promised a call from the ops director - nothing !
