Made an enquiry via facebook following an advert and previous recommendation from friends who had already taken out plans with Avalon. Received a call back within 48 hours from a very pleasant lady who subsequently booked a visit for a few days later. Gavin Paskin arrived for the appointment in good time and spent time running through the options and appropriate costs, he was extremely pleasant and explained everything in a clear and precise manner, no hard sell left us with the relevant information for us to look over. We made another appointment for Gavin to return to complete the required paperwork. The following day we received by email a copy of the full paperwork, whilst we await the originals. With of course the added bonus of being backed by the FCA in the UK and covering us both for Spain & England at no additional fee. So far so good.

I had a meeting with Jay Patel today to discuss a funeral plan. Not something that you really want to think about. Jay was very helpful and professional and discussed all the options available. I eventually settled on the basic plan which met all of my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Avalon.

Andy turned up on time , explained everything in great detail and put our minds at rest immediately. He gave us the confidence to go ahead!

I had a very i formative meeting with Andy Durrant, who was extremely helpful and considerate, I have terminal cancer and it's very hard to talk about your own funeral, but Andy took us through it slowly and with empathy, and gave us the reassurance we needed. Jay came to see me and my husband I. He was very professional, went through all the options, and after about an hour and a half we decided to go ahead with a plan each, valid in Spain and the Uk.
Avalon have followed up with several e mails, and we are just waiting for the documentation in the post.
