AvalonKing is definitely my preferred ceramic coating. I have used all of there products with zero issues. The Sadistic Suds is the best out there, absolutely no water spots. I highly recommend!!!

Placed my order on 6th March. Today, 22nd April I still can't get any clear detail from their bot on when my order will be delivered. This is ridiculous. When you email them, you get an instant bot answer...
"I’ve checked the status of your order #, and I see that it is currently waiting to be shipped. We have received your order and are working on getting it shipped out as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships, which will include the tracking information."
Even when I ask to provide some kind of indicative date, their bot will not be drawn on it.
So disappointing, although I am sure they are enjoying my money all this time.
I can no longer recommend this company.

Hi, i had gotten the ceramic coating applied just 1 year ago and the coating has already failed leading to swirl marks, ceramic coating was installed by a professional detailer that has applied many other coatings to cars in the past and referred to your documentation. The car would have only be washed using pH neutral car shampoo that would have been ceramic safe. This is very disappointing and will never be using your product again as cost quite a bit for paint correction that I now need to pay for twice.

Tried out both the shampoos today and what a Suds! This is really important in the wash process as it removes a lot of the bigger dirt particles, and helps reduce the chances of scratching and marring. Great scent too. Very pleasant to work with. Highly recommended!

Very easy to apply and looks fantastic. First time ever applying a ceramic and will never go back to just applying wax.

Dale was extremely patient and helpful in placing an oder of the G.O.A.T. ceramic coat bottle.
The product itself is a tiny bit more work to apply, in comparison to armor shield ix. Also, I may have "over-done" it with doing multiple coats (more than 2) on my new car's hood panel (I could've sworn, 24 hrs after applying g.o.a.t., I laid a coat of the adams graphene ceramic spray & when applying this, saw "patches" & blockiness/sections of me doing the additional g.o.a.t. layer)... I guess, of there's a next time, I'll do a better of of controlling myself.
Anyways, overall, car looks pretty impressive and wiping clean (bird droppings) is simple.
Why can't car manufacturers sell us the brand new vehicles ceramic coated already on them?

AvalonKing is true to its claims. It has been the easiest product to apply that I have ever used. It is close to 1 year since I have applied the ceramic coating and the car still shines like it is brand new.

Have used AvalonKing a few times before, have found it to be a really good product, it lasts such a long time! This time I bought the Lite version and applied it over an existing ceramic in its 2nd year. WOW! So easy to apply, everyone commented on how clean and shiny the wedding car was.

Great bunch of guys and an amazing product. I’ve been detailing cars almost my entire life and there are no long lasting products out there (to my knowledge) like the 3 year ceramic. It is tough to remove but that should tell you how good it is. Btw: a little polishing compound removes any spots you may have missed.

First time using the product and the truck looks almost new. Also did the wheels, and they are looking their best since I bought it 2017.

Paid for 2 day shipping, today is the 5th day and still don't have my order.

Been trying to get Avalon King to contact UPS to change it so I can pick it up in order to make an appointment this afternoon with a customer to coat their car, but all the company keeps doing is deflecting responsibility with no help.

Now I am asking for a refund of the 2 day shipping since it's been 5 days. We will see if the are a stand up company or not.

I ordered Saturday,it's now Thursday.

The rep I have been talking to said that since the order was placed on Monday with UPS, they made it happen within 2 days so it falls within the 2 day shipping I paid for, although I spike with UPS and they said the 2 day shipping wasn't paid for till Tuesday.

Not really sure what that has to do with 2 day shipping, I paid for 2 day shipping so that the items would arrive at my door within 2 days not so that the shipping would be paid for within 2 days.

This is the 1st time dealing with Avalon King and I am not having a good experience.

For me what makes this product so great is the overall quality of their products, the emails you get that show that they care to make sure that you get the support you need if you want it. There product is easy-to-use and it does what they say it does I am a big supporter of this product and I have this on my truck and WOW! I have put this product on boats and Motorcycles too for my friends and they are amazed with the depth of shine, the sickness of the paint, as well as how much easier it is to clean. I truly believe in the product and something I will continue to use. Can't wait to try there other new products they already have in store. The new products I KNOW WILL BE JUST AS GREAT.... I very highly recommend there products. You should they them. You will become a fan too just like me.

i have used this product for 2 years now. i covered both cars once a year. it is very nice even it doesn't hold for long as promised. i keep maintaining it by adding every month a spray of the last coat 2 and it becomes very shiny and slick for short time. now it is winter and i don't see any hydrophobic as rain sits on the hood . the cars are out side on the street.
anyway i like this product so i got the MAX and i will give it a try in the summer when I have the time to prep the cars.
the customers service answered all my questions and they look very professional and answered quickly.
for sure i will keep ordering from this company.
just to make it clear i live in Israel. both cars are black and i try to wash every weekend when the weather lets me.

I park my truck under an Elm tree. your product is great on glass.

This is the 6th car and truck I have done with IX coating, now doing 3 again with the max, been since 2018 when I did the first coating. have done 1car, still yet to do 2 more. the only thing I don't like is the small applicator, I have 3 XL glove hands. I use a waxing 3x4 applicator and it works great for me. I did struggle with the old style applicator also.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. The products work as advertised (following application instructions) and customer service has been excellent.

I have received an email offer (Black Friday) from them to buy 1 set of 3 for $99.00 USD which was equaling app. $151.00 Australian dollars according to current conversion rate. I always use PayPal for my purchases and they do conversion. I have also checked official rate and there was only few cents difference.
However, as I added them to shopping cart, price displayed was $174.00 AUD. When I questioned this, Dale from Avalon King replied that they can't do anything to change as they use "Shopify" for conversion rate.
This is first time I have experienced something like this. If you see advertised price it should be this. Right?
For me this is misleading of international buyers from Avalon King and they should be more transparent and let us know that advertised price is actually not valid for international buyers.
By the way, I have bough previously from them and at that time everything was spot on.

So, until this is sorted, I won't be ordering from them anymore.

I've read some bad reviews of this company, but I've had nothing but good experiences. I've purchased three bottles over the years. I even called for support once and thought they were great. Super easy to apply once your surface is prepped. My applications protected for about 1 1/2 years.

Great product with very easy application even for this noob. The shine and water repellant experience is exceptional. Preparation is key for the best shine. Makes washing and maintenance easier. I have a garaged vehicle so hoping for a full 3 years of protection. Highly recommended.

Trusted Avalon King with 3 of my cars now. Has stayed hydrophobic on all 3 for 3+ years with proper maintenance during every wash. Excellent customer service, always very responsive. Would highly recommend to any DIY’er looking to ceramic coat their car.
