A friend of mine applied Armor Shield IX to my vehicle almost 3 months ago It looks great and I've only had to maintenance wash it once since. It practically looks like I bring it to the car wash daily. It's a little early to tell on what the longevity will be, but I've seen the cars that my friend has put it on before and they've held up for years.

Amazing product that works as advertised. I ordered it for my new Bronco. I thought it would be good to start out right and give it a treatment with the original ceramic coating. It really makes the bright red shine. This is no pavement princess. I'm off-roading at least once a week and have gotten Arizona pinstripes that come right off. It goes through a regular carwash a minimum of once a week.I have now followed up with the quick spray detailer and am really happy with the results. With both products I took advantage of special pricing. Thanks again for a great product that is easy to use, and lasts.

When I placed my order online and took the bait to buy more coating their website double charged me. I tired to correct the error but the website wouldn't allow changes. I contacted customer support online (Dale) and he just said return whatever you don't want for a refund. AvalonKing is basically a marketing company and could care less about your experience or issues. I made a huge mistake because I was pissed that I had to work for my refund. Dale's email said to return the the product for a refund, so I immediately returned everything, totaling $200.
My claim was disputed because I didn't follow their return policy. They take the money and the product is dropped shipped from someone else. The don't even list a phone number for support. I made the mistake of not following the return policy which I agree I didn't, Dale's email didn't even mention it. So don't expect much help. I returned the product to the shipping address and informed AK online but they disputed the claim and wouldn't even look into the problem. Oh well! My loss. Not sure how good the product is, but I can tell you better watch out for what you buy from their website. I attempted a couple times to work out the problem with them online, but nope. No effort, or care on their part.
So with those customers with a 5 star review?
But I can testify that their customer care support sucks! They're located in Wyoming and I really expected more from them. I'm a car buff and have shared my experience with friends and told them to buy local and from trusted websites.

I love this company because it has great products at a great price. I would not look anywhere else.

This is more about my FIRST experience with Avalon King, but a product endorsement nonetheless. Just shy of 3 years ago, I purchased and applied this ceramic coating onto my 1 month old car, following the recommended wash, dry, clay bar, and IPA wipe down steps. Since the car was new, additional paint correction steps weren’t necessary. From then on, every other week or so (weather permitting), the car got a hand wash and contactless dry (leaf blower). Between washings, I would occasionally ‘spot clean’ with a waterless spray cleaner and microfiber cloth so any splattered bugs, bird droppings, etc. wouldn’t sit too long. For reference this was an ‘everyday’ car (10-12k mi/yr), and garage kept when not driven. Sad to say, it was totaled in an accident a couple months ago, but the surfaces were still beading water at the accident site… almost 3… years… later. Naturally, within a couple weeks of purchasing my new car, it was given the same ceramic coating treatment! So while I technically can’t completely review my second coating experience yet, I’m looking forward to history repeating itself (minus the accident of course!) I’ve problems keeping my black Lexus IS F with the shine that I had when I first had it ceramic coated. I used the soap, prep spray and ceramic lite spray with amazing results. Easy to use and paint back to where I like it. I’ve tried other products and wasn’t happy with the result until this great AvalonKing product. Highly recommend you all give it a shot.

In addition to an excellent product, the customer service is over the top. I ordered the special purchase through Robby Layton's sponsored site. My package arrived timely but Fed Ex was rough on the handling and one bottle spilled half the contents. With no hassle whatsoever, AvalonKing sent an immediate replacement. Great product and great service.

Ordered no problem but the item didnt arrive for 2 weeks and then had a £40.21 customs and VAT charge to pay. no indication of this at time of purchase. BEWARE of this product and hidden charges

After watching all the videos out there regarding Avalon King, I was excited to order the product. Although I was a little apprehensive with the size of the bottle and if it really did work. Pan the organizer has a great video on the necessary steps needed to get the desired glow. So I cleaned my wheels, car, dried the car, clayed the car for any road imperfections, washed it, dried it and finally it was time for Avalon King. Started with little 2x2 squares as instructed, the product would flash and I would clean. Let me tell you after three hours of all this my car looks shiny and protected. Las Vegas is harsh to cars due to the heat but… after a few days of Vegas hot weather we got a few freak rain storms. Surely I thought all my work was for nothing, since the curing process is for 7 days. I did place another order for the Armor Shield Lite product just in case. After the storms I washed my car, still had the nice shine but I sprayed it with the armor shield lite just in case. Great product is an understatement so I exposed myself to more torture and spent another three hours on my other car.

I get the run around telling them I got a defective batch. It flashes immediately after applying. Instructions and youtube videos show flashing 1 minute plus. Cannot cross hatch because already hardens. Technical support is one day turn around but worthless.

"The product has no expiration date". Website says 2 years if unopened and stored cool.

Used the full ceramic coating then added a coat of the lite spray on coating and the car looks awesome. The Mini Cooper in Rebel Green looks like it is coated in glass and I now dry the car with a leaf blow in as little amount of time as it takes to walk around the car.

It's no joke this product is the best I have used I have had cars for the past 40 years. I have clay barred and rub and scrubbed my way to wax and shine. Now two years after my original use it still shines and beads the water to run off. I do use the lite after every other wash. My cow workers are always amazed that my ten year old car is actually out shines there newer vehicles

I have been using AvalonKing ceramic for 3 plus years and have to say I as well as my customers vehicles I coat are very satisfied. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler in Jan 2021 and the first tihing I did was drove it home and coated it. It is now 30 months and the water still beads. Any vehicle I do will get paint correction first and then I polish it followed by isopropyl wash.
The ordering system works very well and great delivery time.

Beware of them, I bought from them at the offer price, and they attached the invoice to the real price, and the customs duties were set based on the attached invoice. I did not receive the shipment, nor did I return my money, knowing that I contacted via e-mail and there was no response to it, beware of their manipulation

Like any product, follow the prep instructions. That said the product has held up well for a year. I do feel however it is starting to lose some hydrophobic quality. My car never sees a garage and even though it gets a lot of care I think the weather is winning a bit here. I will however, continue to use it since compared to other coatings it is holding its own.

What a great company and product. Ordering is always simple and easy. Appreciate the follow up emails and tutorials on how to use the product correctly. The deals are great and the extra products are the sprinkles on top, like the wash mitts and micro fiber towels.
