My honey labels arrived way faster than…

My honey labels arrived way faster than I thought they would and they were printed perfectly. So awesome to see the designs come to life.The material and finish were perfect for these. Couldn't be happier!

Custom Printed Labels

I used Avery's custom printing service to create labels for my daughter's daycare essentials. The website's design tool was simple and intuitive. I placed my order and received my labels within 3 business days. The labels adhered to her variety of products very well and the artwork remains crisp after daily toddler-use. 10/10 will be using Avery again in the future.

Literally THE WORST label experiences in 20+ years of business.

Where to begin. Using their WePrint roll label printing service. The first issue was the excessive adhesive oozing out of the label edges and gumming the labeling machine. So bad that the accumulated adhesive had to be cleaned after every 100 labels applied otherwise the labels would wrinkle every time due to the the adhesive build up. This while we needed to label several thousand bottles, so not acceptable. Other suppliers never had any adhesive problems ever. Second big issue was labels literally turning from white to brown. At first the laser cut edges would start discoloring turning brown, then the entire white part of the label turned brown. Looked like a dirty antique Egyptian scroll. Avery couldn't explain why the white was discoloring, especially when other labels we've used for years never ever discolored. Most recently we received pressure sensitive labels that are supposed to be permanent waterproof plastic labels, but they are peeling off. How could the gorilla of the label industry be so 100% inept at producing printed labels? Sure they refund the price but I have hundreds or thousands of unsellable products that have to be destroyed. Stay away if you need professional looking, high volume, machine applied printed labels.

NEVER responds to inquirys

Called and spent 30 minutes dealing with an issue. Was told they would email me about a resolution. Never heard back from them. Garbage company to work with

All my labels were complete useless because they were off center. I sent a photo with an actual ruler and they said it was within acceptable margin or error and refused to reprint and said production has this happen. I won’t ever be using them anymore.

I used to use Avery 4233 which were…

I used to use Avery 4233 which were water dissolvable.
When I found they discontinued that label I was told to use 95041, that it was water dissolvable.
Avery LIED about that label. It is NOT water dissolvable. I have to scrub using baking soda and cooking oil with the rough side of the sponge.
I hate Avery.

AVERY....SUCKS

AVERY....SUCKS! Absolutely wayyyyy to complicated to use or upload an image and print. I will NEVERRRRRR, Use Avery again. What a pain in the A$$. They could learn something from Canva.

Worst quality product I have ever…


Worst quality product I have ever bought online.. They false advertise with their videos and the product turns up and it looks nothing like they have advertised. Shocking.

There are ways to open templates directly in Microsoft Word, but we do not have all of our templates built into their program. Wasn't Broke

Out of curiosity, why did you change your system that will not allow certain labels to print on Adobe? i have spent more time, today, trying to print labels, with difficulty than I have in the last 10 years. I found labels #5422 that can only be printed by you charging me $20.00. It's like your be coming a scam artest.

TERRIBLE!

I'm really not altogether happy with the labels. I have a Canon ink jet printer and ordered various semi gloss labels - for ink jet printing. 48 hours and they're still not dry. They're all smudged! I cannot put these on my products!

Disappointing — quality and care have really gone downhill

We’ve been using Avery products for years and always trusted them for high-quality, professional labels. But our latest order has left us seriously disappointed.

We ordered 2,500 of the EPPW60X130-R labels and they arrived in flimsy, battered boxes with no internal protection at all. The labels were just loosely stacked inside — several dozen were misaligned, with bent corners. For what’s supposed to be a premium product, it felt incredibly careless.

Avery used to set the standard, but the quality and attention to detail have clearly gone downhill. It feels like everything’s being done on the cheap now, and the end result suffers for it.

Really hoping they turn things around, but right now, this isn't the Avery we used to know.

Im a small business and ive been using theire lables (reluctantly) as every-time theres an issue there is no resolution, the customer service team is awful, they changed the colour of labels without giving any notice so i have a load of labels i cant use. the templates are off and so is the company. THE WORST

Do not waste your time!

First I am an artist/designer working w retail and resale for twenty years. I have incredible relationships w my vendors and have designed for mayor companies like Nordstrom. Stay away from this company. Poor customer service. It took me five tries to get a response from anyone. “Satisfaction guarantee” is a one time offer apparently, so not really a guarantee. I finally talked to Luis today and they have a waitlist for wholesale, never heard of that, which basically sounds like an inadvertent way of picking and choosing who gets the option. I sold a 1000+ cards in two hours last weekend. I would think I’d be a great consideration for Avery!

Long and short don’t waste your time and take your business elsewhere. Most of these reviews are too similar unfortunately.

Site is difficult to use

Site is difficult to use. I designed my label and wanted to print it myself and it would NOT download(which is wrong in itself) The customer should be able to hit print and what they have created prints. PERIOD no download required. Every time I try to use this site it does NOT come out well. This is my 3rd try and final attempt. AND TO HAVE TO GET A CODE TO SUBMIT A REVIEW-OH MY GOODNESS

Since Design & Print Online is a web based application it does not have direct access to your computer operating system or printers (drivers, services...). This is why a PDF of your project is generated for printing. Internet browsers like Google Chrome will allow you to open the PDF through the browser itself for printing. If you are not wanting to download the PDF of your project to your computer, this can be a workaround. If you continue to have trouble printing, please reach out to our Care Team at 800-462-8379 and we would be happy to assist you.

Great quality business cards

Great quality business cards, really thick and sturdy. Print logo very clean and crisp. Customer service is top-notch! They went above and beyond to meet my needs and I'm definitely a customer for life! Highly recommend getting your business cards printed by them.

Don’t buy anything!

Horrible quality of products that couldn’t be further from the pictures online. Hopefully, the return process will be ok. I should have read these reviews before ordering fron the site.

Pay high prices to have personal info stolen!

Sub par product at an high price, and now they've leaked our info because of a ransomware attack! With the amount Avery charges for their products, they should be able to afford efficient web security. What's worse is they've waited a month and a half since the attack was discovered to inform their customers and absolutely NO APOLOGY given in the letter. I WILL be looking to a different company to do business with. The offered "12 months of complimentary TransUnion credit monitoring" does NOT make up for the fact that due to their negligence on Cyber security, their customer's information has been leaked! This is unacceptable and those in charge should be ashamed!
