She's a winner!

I called in to Avery several days ago with some questions as I was having trouble on the site with my particular issue. I was lucky enough to have a terrific gal help me named Melissa. When I first heard her voice, I knew right away that I had a winner! She was very calm, patient, open, and helpful. She really knew her stuff too. She was totally focused on me and my project. Felt like she was riding right along with me. It was obvious she loved her job (as far as I could tell anyway). This woman should be commended by her managers and given a raise, if not a promotion!

Avery Design & Print software

This free, web-based design and print software is absolutely brillaint. Well set out, intuitive to use and enables matching designs to all manner of labels. I used it to make labels for my hot sauce bottles. Lots of fun and the end products are fantastic

Purchased a lot of labels I made from…enabled my account

Purchased a lot of labels I made from Avery - there was an error on their part regarding payment. If you ever ordered from Avery you will notice the company will not release or even place an order unless payment is received upfront and greater still, once they take their payment - it could take up to 3-4 weeks for you to receive your order. most orders are sent in separate deliveries, sometimes you receive labels you didn't order and duplicates, a mess. Avery has failed to take ownership for their mistake and has enable my account which includes artwork I created for my company labels. If you go to their website reviews - you will see all 5's, its because employees have written reviews to keep the company afloat - hence the name the name of the reviewer "fake"

I PURCHASED AVERY LABELS FOR MY BUSINESS TO PRINT AND DESIGN ONLINE. EXCEPT THAT WHEN I ENTER THE TEMPLET NUMBER OR DESCRIPTION IT DOES NOT COME UP AND SAYS NO LABEL FOR THAT NUMBER. I TRY CALLING AND THE PHONE IS NOT IN SERVICE. THEY ARE THE FREAKEN WORST COMPANY. I HAVE INVESTED SO MANY $ ON LABELS. IF I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK I WOULD FIND ANOTHER COMPANY. SICK OF AVERY DESIGN AND PRINT ONLINE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Avery's New Design and Print Software Poor

Avery has moved to a new online software the is the worst. I used the Design and Print software that was installed on my computer and it worked great had all the fonts installed on the computer worked great. Now the new online software will not use the fonts installed on the computer and the templates the are compatible with Word are not editable. Called their support and was basically told "too bad too sad". I have lost faith in Avery.

Avery sucks

Avery sucks ! I have not even seen my labels yet I can already tell you that the fact that they use UPS and my order has now been delayed three times which means the debut of my product won't happen as planned because these guys use a crap carrier and don't get your product shipped to you! I will never use Avery ever again regardless of what the labels look like and their customer service sucks balls

Guaranteed Years of Professional Printing Products and Service

Avery has never let me down in previous years whether personal or business therefore I was expecting to be spending more time getting updated with technology instead of working on creating new things for personal and organizational purposes but it seems that I was wrong. Avery printing mobile web app is the best way to get started creating your own style of content for crafting household organization and so much more

#5567 hanging file tabs-Cutting costs!!

I purchased #5567 hanging file tabs. The latest version is manufactured using 20# paper. Too weak for using on Pendaflex. Previous purchases used a much heavier weight. Maybe double 40#. Apparently Avery decided to use cheaper paper and charge the same price!

For many years I have used the label…

For many years I have used the label 8253 special for vibrant colors for my Christmas labels.
This year 2022 the labels are sub standard and the reds are not vibrant as they used to be.
I know how to print, the paper used to make the labels are of poor Quality

Poor Cutomer Service

Website ok, upload of label design ok. Delivery ok. Great labels,very happy with them. But customer service is appalling. I sent a chat-message asking a question, the email I had back was so short and unhelpful.
I also phoned them as I had a query on the upload of the design and the woman I spoke to sounded so fed up just answering the phone, and continued to be short and impatient and very unfriendly. May go elsewhere

Unbelievable Customer Service!

I had an error on my order that was completely my fault. They redid the order for me as a courtesy at non cost which they didn't have to do. They were so quick and efficient that I was stunned. I will be using Avery from now on for my business!! Thank you!!!

Avery.com never disappoints!

I will always be loyal to Avery because they always impress. Their website is so easy to use. They are so versatile: I have purchased labels from Amazon and Walmart. Then I have used this site to beautify up labels. Recently I purchased labels and had them print the labels for me. Reasonably priced. Consistent first class produces. Website easy to use even for me!!

Nom-existent customer service.

I’ve ordered something so my business. Bare in mind this was now over 3 weeks ago since I placed the order and NO ONE from customer service is replying to me. Absolutely shocking service and if you want to wash your money down a drain then use Avery because I promise they’ll help you do that. Horrible company.

Ive ordered a few times from them the…

Ive ordered a few times from them the last lot was really poor quality the black was washed out and grainy looking so I emailed them and they told me there is nothing wrong with them and its the printing pattern but my last lot looked nothing like that! And the online editor is awful im taking my business elsewhere.

Changed my design without permission and charged me for it.

I ordered 168 lip balm labels and had it exactly how I needed. Avery edited my labels and asked me if I liked the edit better, I said no. I said if they edited them I wouldn't be able to use them because. They ignored my attempts to contact to revert to the original that I paid for and then charged me and sent me the their version of what I should be using. It's like ordering a pepperoni pizza and they give you a mushroom and say too bad. But you're allergic to mushrooms.

Sure Feed Technology IS NOT!

Extremely disappointed in Avery's change in their 22845 label product. Have used in the past with success. But I needed more stock & see a new package. The cover noted the new sure feed technology. Anything but! The label sheet is thin & flimsy. Jammed my printer 3 times, the 3rd time breaking my Epson printer. Tried 4 times cleaning every shred of paper & label out of the printer but get a permanent paper jam message. Your new product cost me a $300 printer. Stay away from any Avery product that notes Sure Feed Technology.

A satisfied candle maker

I'm a candle maker and have been using Avery for my candle labels and at times business cards. In the years that I've done business with Avery, there was only one hiccup. I brought it to their attention and the correction is on the way. During my business upstart, I changed the design of my labels probably 10 times and when necessary received a heads up from the Avery team to be aware of the issues that may occur if I continued with the design. This alert saved me money and forged a trust with Avery.
