Was lead to believe it was from the USA. Tracking said coming from Ireland. Took almost a month to get it to me.
I am disappointed, thought it was to be a quilted jacket. After ordering, all reference said print jacket. It isn't a jacket at all, it is a shirt.

If I could give it a zero I would. My package never arrived, even though their shipping info said it did. My Post Office could never track it, even though their service said it could. The shpping number at 17Track said it went all they way from Houston Distribution Center to a diiferent city to my mailbox out in the country On The Same Day (!), a Saturday. Not possible. I was scammed.

According to an email received on 10/9/2026, my order was received by an individual in Carrollton, Texas. I live in Georgia. I have notified the company and advised them that the package was delivered to the wrong address. They wanted me to get records from the post office, which is not my responsibility. The company had tracking on the package and they should follow up on the situation. I have requested that they ship my item to MY address or provide a complete refund, but they have failed to do either. Very poor customer service.

Not at all how it’s pictured it’s not a sweater. And it took a month to receive. Will probably return very disappointed

Took forever to come. I love the jacket but it runs a little small ND I THOUGHT IT WAS]more like a sweater . This Is a summer jacket but I do like just wish it was larger

Item was much too small even though according to the size chart, it should have fit.

I ordered a breast cancer awareness hoodie.as a survivor of breast cancer and a double mastectomy. I ordered the hoodie on September 9th and have not received my hoodie! I am active in raising awareness about breast cancer and donate my time anyway I can. And a company that represents itself as a supporter in the fight against breast cancer to misrepresent their views is disgusting! I actually thought the company was a Is company only to find out it’s from China! Very very very disappointed customer

Do not order from this place ! I tried to cancel and refund order several times and they still sent items and I can’t return them without paying higher to return?? Horrible experience!!

I was surprised that the cardigan looked so cheap. The other items ordered were as expected.

The picture of the top was totally deceptive, depicting an embroidered top. The top received is a print, and not even an exact print copy of the embroidered one displayed.

I never received my order!!!! I was notified by email on Sept 27 that my ordered had been delivered to my garage, my back door or another location on the property. Well I looked all over my property & found nothing. The email did not list the address my package was delivered to or what delivery service was used. I’ve tried to contact Awarenessthreads & I was notified by email that it wasn’t delivered. I sent an email to your website that initially thanked me for my order. No answer from them either. I am extremely annoyed with this company. I just want the shirts I ordered! Your company deducted the money from my bank account! Any information or help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

The shirts are beautiful but they run a little small. I ordered a 3x and it fits like a 2x.

I ordered a sweatshirt from Awarenessthreads on September 3rd, 2026 for October Breast Cancer awareness Month for my daughter, who has breast cancer. As of today October 5, 2026 I still have not received my order. I have contacted the business several times, and all they say is it has been shipped. I will never order from this company again. I am so very disappointed! They are not a very reputable company in my opinion.

I would give them no stars because I believe this company is a scam. I ordered a cardigan that was sent to a random address in Miami, FL and I live in Michigan. I double checked my shipping information on the order confirmation everything was correct. When I followed the tracking number the product came from China and was delivered in FL. I contacted the company via email because the phone number was international charges. The company’s response was that I should contact the post office and request a delivery error certificate. I called the United States post office and the post office said it was not a delivery error. They delivered the package to the address on the shipping label. I contacted the VortexMshop back and received no response or refund. Do not purchase anything from this company.

This company does not operate in the United States as they advertised. My shirts came from Hungary and took forever to arrive. I doubt they were made by breast cancer survivors or that they send any money to them. As advertised. The quality is cheap. The zipper is difficult to use and the ribbon symbol is not clear on the arms of the hoodie. The waffle design shirt is so thin you can see through it. Very disappointed.

Like others, I’d give it a zero. I have never received my order—One and a half months later. Like another review, it SAYS on the tracking it was picked up at the post office in a city over an hour from my home. I definitely did not pick it up. My emails to their support email have gone unanswered. I am filing claims with PayPal and next with the post office. Don’t fall for this scam. It is shipped from overseas.

10-14-26 another update*** still no product and company has become unresponsive. Filed a claim with my bank - hopefully that will help
9-30-26 UPDATE ** I went to the post office with the tracking number that Awarenessthreads provided - and it was sent to an address that doesn't exist - no where near my address. **
I placed the order on 9-6-26 and was never able to contact a "live" representative to discuss shipping. After I initiated an email on the 28th, I was told that the shipment was returned to my "local post office" because the address was incorrect. Their website chose my mailing address based on what the USPS website called for. Could not be incorrect, right? Turns out - it was returned to the other side of California - about 500 miles away from me. The email I received from them said the items would not be returned to them, but they can send the items again "but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee" I will NEVER buy from them again. And shame on them for using breast cancer as an advertisement for their products. For those of us affected by breast cancer, it's sickening. They are taking advantage and not giving part to breast cancer awareness.
Ultimately, it's my own fault for buying something off of Social Media

I really thought it was embroidered and it was not. The pictures did not tell exactly what I was getting so I was disappointed.

Love the bright pink jacket. The shirts are ok. They just sorta hang on me with no true fit.
I wonder about the material. CanI wash it in the washing machine and dry the items in the dryer. What is the material made of. Will it shrink or wrinkl? How do I properly care for the items?
The shipping time was longer than I expected, but I appreciate the tracking notifications

I received my order today, but only 1 shirt was included in the package. My order confirmation shows that I purchased 3 shirts.

Could you please check the status of the other 2 shirts and let me know whether they were shipped separately or if there was an error with my order?
