Really regret spending $1200 on their concierge service. Typically, Chinese nanny agencies take commission from the nannies, not the parents, but they did not collect any commission from the nannies and, despite us telling them what the upper limits of our budget was, they advertised a number that was 30% greater than what we asked for, saying that this was to lure people with "experience..." By the way, as part of their intensive vetting process that definitely wasn't just them posting an ad in a group with Chinese nannies and then sending candidates, one at a time, to you (when they're supposed to present 2-3), they sent us a nanny candidate who apparently had just taken a job with a CASINO...Also, unlike traditional Chinese nanny agencies, they don't even help you arrange the transportation. This service is so totally not worth it especially since they rip off families.

After two nannies who we paid money hand over fist to hire, one of which was extremely inexperienced and had 0 experience taking care of a 2 month old, which we still paid well above market rate to hire, I decided to use a Chinese agency in New York that provides everything that AyiConnect does AND MORE, setting you up with a nanny but FOR FREE. They've even arranged transportation and facilitated getting us references from the nanny, which AyiConnect absolutely did not do. They also did not jack up the price we told them, and as a result we are now paying 40% less for our current nanny than we did before, and are happy with her.

If you can speak Chinese, even at an elementary level, then you should not work with AyiConnect and instead utilize other channels like I did and have them set you up with a nanny instead. AyiConnect is just a scam to trick Asian Americans who can't speak Chinese. You can thank me later.

Ayiconnect worked really hard to find us someone great to take care of our baby. They were extremely fast in setting up introductions and handling negotiations and discussions with the nanny candidates when my Chinese was not good enough. Overall, I highly recommend their service, especially if you are trying to find a Chinese-speaking nanny or helper.

We had a fantastic experience with the AyiConnect Concierge team! We were looking for a live-out nanny and knew it might be difficult to find someone in our small city, but luckily time was not an issue. After a months-long search, AyiConnect found the perfect person. The team was unfailingly kind and responsive, and they never gave up on us. We couldn’t be happier.

I'm having such a difficult time using their website and app. There are so many bugs. I bought their 1 year package and I'm supposed to be able to reach out to nannies but the app doesn't even work for me to call them. It just freezes and when you try to chat on the website they tell you to use the app. It's so ridiculous. I'm pretty good with technology so I don't know what these other reviews are talking about how they had such good service. I've called them emailed them and have gotten no response.

We would recommend AyiConnect Concierge. They found us someone really quickly and reliable. References background all checked out. She was great with our girls. The team were patient and efficient. I had tons of questions, but someone is always available to help me even though when they didn't have much time. Great customer service and response time. They are not like other agencies, they don't take a % of fees but an upfront one-time fee. We appreciate all of their help and definitely would be happy to share with other friends.

The AyiConnect Concierge Team was prompt and open with their communication. They did a great job of setting expectations and explaining how the process works at the beginning. They were always available for questions and found us a great match for our needs, quickly. I definitely enjoyed working with the concierge team. I also love when people ask for feedback and I appreciated that the concierge team asked for feedback at the end of the experience.

Second time hiring through the app...

I hire two pretty decent helpers in my area. I need some cooking service. The app doesn't take a cut, but a membership so I can come back anytime.
